Hot Suzannah B. Troy at Sugar tired & telling you about "Chopping the Street"
Self portrait -- I can't express the fatigue -- especially emotionally and the green ribbon around my next is holding a lotus flower. (type lotus in my blog search engine to read my poem on Lotus and healing trauma.)

I am just learning how to do magic Apple style and I am trying podcasting for the first time ever. You can find "The Going" in the I tunes store and my excerpt and speech on my short fictional 9-11 story including me stuttering, clicking, almost crying HAS A HIGH POPULARITY RATING which the Groucho Marks in me, assures me, doesn't mean they liked my story...maybe it is the NYPD detectives downloading my podcast because I say they are under paid...it is dedicated to them.
Now my 2nd podcast has an "explicit" rating so if you have an inner prude, I say respect it and don't go any further!!! Itunes hasn't accepted my story yet but while I wait I am telling you it is available through my mac website.
I go from the NYPD and the FDNY represented in The Going as one fireman (the fire fighters are so unique no one guy could represent him but the fireman and the detective are the compassionate souls I imagine in the story that help her cope with death) to "Chopping the Street" -- a short fictional story about a woman post 9-11 and I take a look at white collar crime, hypocrisy and people’s fascination with gossip. I play on the words "chopping the street" as in Wall Street and motorcycles ala 1960's when chopping motorcycles birthed an art form -- catapulting motorcycles as moving art into to the global arena from America's iconic imagery associated with the era and a new found interest post 9-11 which I explore in my story.
When I see certain motorcycles my heart beats faster and I feel joy. As you can see from my earlier posting today -- post 9-11, virile images give me a lift and writing about this did as well.
I hope you enjoy my 2nd podcast...This is a purely fictional tale and any similarities to anyone or group, club etc. is purely
coincidental.
This is my site for podcasting which is a completely new genre and I am still in the learning process with this so bear with me and this is a non-corporate America passage so it isn't airbrushed....here is the front page and my 2 podcasts which should be in Itunes...Chopping the Street soon I hope...I wrote it in 2003 and it has been posted on www.suzannahbtroyartist.com for years in text form.
My web site through Apple gives me podcasting so you can hear my voice and see my art or images I photographed that go with the symbolism in the stories.

Writing Chopping the Street was an all natural high and post 9-11 you can't get enough of them...anytime I saw one of those motorcycles that were so stunning and fierce visual poetry in a fiercesome way, I felt spiritual cpr --- I know that is strange but life is that way....
p.s. Sugar, 200 Allen Street, the entrance is on Houston Street and Allen, open 24 hours, good food, nice people and free wifi!
