Suzannah B. with Adam Techno-head and "canvas off the wall" on Brooklyn for savings and high quality
Yes, I have the urban "stressed out angry look" -- and no I am not botoxing it away.
I have a humorous story about that but there is a blush factor so ask me to tell you in person!
Since we are going to get killed on things like Con Ed bills, etc. etc. if not just walking down the street, Jodi Lane rest in peace, I decided to go to Brooklyn to try more bang for my buck.
I am coloring my hair to give it the illusion of thickness rather than shave my head because I know it is radical and people will be less friendly unless it is because of an illness but that would be the ultimate budget savor.
I went to "Public" on Metropolitan and Alder (name of species of tree, he is from the west coast) worked some magic on me. Alder is wonderful and he got it my passion for NYC and my Mae West sense of humor.
I also need to strengthen more core big time and pilates is one of my tools so again Brooklyn here I come,
Heart and Soul pilates owned by twin sisters that seem to connected at the soul.
They are a delight and Laura is helping me with anxiety through breathing and movement.
As I type I am watching my cats as they enjoy our outdoor space. I love being out there with my cats, greenery and my art.
Adam Techno-head is old, old art and even older if my pink canvas -- off the wall piece. Yes, those are tibetan prayer flags attached to Adam and it is a a great feeling to watch the wind moving the written words...
Extremely tired today and so sad to hear Roland of Common Ground passed away.
So tired.
