Christine Quinn site slams The Villager and that editor that appears less than honest maybe airhead is too kind John Air Space Sutter
Writing about The Villager (not anymore thanks to community crushing development) giving Quinn inside info and special treatment is just sickening.....I have to revisit the newest cover of FED UP New Yorkers to cheer myself up!!!!!!! Check out their intelligent, informed endorsements that also involve integrity. No third term for anyone that voted to extend term limits!

Oopsie...look who is made of a mockery of and read why....? The Christine Quinn debate debacle.... Nice art...
Gee, ChristineQuinn.com you are being awfully hard on that little rag that decided to endorse Christine Quinn. How dare you accuse the editor actually associate editor, of going soft on Quinn, of puff pieces, of giving her given special treatment and her staff http://blogs.villagevoice.com/runninscared/archives/2009/08/speaker_quinn_p.php-- was that her campaign staff or her city council staff given preferential treatment aka the front of the line and guaranteed entry
....just senior citizens who stood on line patiently who happened not to be Quinn supporters,
were turned away....and NY1, and City Hall news, and other press, ho hum, and just way too many people that were not Quinn supporters,
turned away by NYU (real estate magnate in bed with Bloomberg and Quinn) and The Villager.
Quinn's supporters all found there way to the front of the line some how. If they work in city government what time did they stop working to go work on her campaign? They don't get paid to sit in the audience and displace long term community members by getting inside info needed to crowd the front of the line, do they?
Hey, did John Air Space Sutter sell the air space at Spring and Varrick to Donald Trump? That would make him automatically "developer aider and abetter" therefore in bed with Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn...oopsie....
Having NYU and the Villager host the debate looks like a conflict of interest as well as accusations they aided and abetted Quinn and turned away community members that stood patiently in line, lots of them.... In the scheme of things there are so many conflicts of interest -- the Lower East Side/ East Village's community board is mockingly called the "community bar" by community activists as told to me by a Harlem activist. City Council voting themselves a raise -- conflict of interest -- voting to extend term limits -- oopsie when they knew they were being investigated for corruption is a double conflict of interest. Denying the people a referendum was just downright heinous.
Whoopsie ---- Here is yet another blog slamming The Villager and also asking why does Christine Quinn look so ashamed? http://dumpchristinequinn.blogspot.com/
