Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager Delita Hooks aka Delite and Dee Violated my patient rights from behind the medical desk came out menace to me followed me -- we were never alone but as much as what she did was wrong so was her boss and he knew that she was volatile he was warned about it before I ever walked in that office to see Dr Kathleen Vine!

He had no way for Patience to get feedback. What kind of doctor does not investigate what happened and discusses another MD's patient w/ his patients and he clearly lied about me to his patients!

Emblem Health has a telephone number not mine for my contact info SCARY

I can't change my contact information --- HIP EMBLEM is so backward I can't go online -- it tells me to contact the exchange but guess what I did not get my health care through Obama Care exchange so  as usual NYC NY State the run around when the reality should be I should be able to change my contact info online.

Via the phone HIP Emblem would change my info but bizarre HIP Emblem world -- the information reverts back in 24 hours--- HIP EMBLEM has major problems and I am thinking of changing health insurance companies.   I lost all my MD's when Obama Care kicked in so when I see my new primary physician I want to check which companies they take and look in to switching.
