The letter in response I'm guessing Joe Tacopina drafted it's a crime and threatens me with the second False cross-complaint it has the same kind of tone it's a Crime I allege she committed using the fake (sock puppet) YouTube account Bob Dobalina oct 7, 2012 threatening retaliation if I took any action and essentially that's what the letter saying that if I come back and report the second-degree assault that the NYPD pretended was a mutual third-degree assault and downgraded that she will file a second false cross-complaint the second one being a false second-degree assault when in fact I was a human punching bag medical patient and it was a one-way attack and we were never ever alone.
