In my case there are lawyers that have not denied they broke laws  violently threatening me with retaliation if I took any action in my case during an open investigation-- if you keep reading down this blog post you'll see their names! I've yet to file anything -- more on that later but I'm alleging other lawyers willfully and with malice that constructed new false narrative my case Dr Fagelman and Delita Hooks! Google Dr Fagelman assault!  He did not fire her he dialed his "hook" inside the NYPD!   The false narrative the old ones were posted on YouTube and Yelp -- it's so crazy and so absurd but I guess what we keep saying over and over is it takes years and years or decades to get justice...?

Dr Andrew Fagelman is such a liar and so unethical and he is in the perfect place to be an unethical liar and perjurer?   He said he watched the YouTube of the attack 6 times and he said UNDER OATH it did not happen on his property.  You see Dr Andrew Fagelman is such a liar he thinks if he speaks his lies like he has all these years they become true and it isn't perjury?

Also City lawyers in my case under Bloomberg and mayor de Blasio as well as City Investigators Corp counselor, 
 Internal Affairs, DA comptroller, protected all crimes, coercion, threats, falsifying police reports, fixing favors, retaliation etc 

Zachary Carter is such an unethical liar and it was not just my case, the Lower East Side Nursing home, NBA star Thabo Sefolosha's case and so many more...  Again amazing Zachary Carter has not resigned and the City has not apologized to me and settled up the money the owe me for my civil rights being violated, the City's negligence lies and wrong doing in my case!

I want accountability however long it takes and if I don't get justice now I'm going to have this case is reopened when I find people to look into it because look what happen with Jeffrey Epstein it took how many years?

Dr Fagelman, Delita Hooks, patients they wrongly discussed me with harming me farther part of online harassment on YouTube and Yelp posting their false narratives!  One shocking false narrative posted on yelp with a fake account appeared in legal proceedings and I can't tell you about it yet but I will tell you as soon as I can to show you how sick and twisted this doctor is and how far they have gone to cover up to threaten to intimidate to harass to lie and there's no arrests yet but I told myself Bill Cosby however long it takes !

2pm Feel very sick called my nurse practitioner involving Dr Andrew Fagelman NYPD and all these article about corruption for gun licensing and fixing favors -- My throat burning stomach hurts ears clogged --  if I don't rest and get better I cannot visit my mom at the nursing home just feeling really sick and I went to a doctors office to see Dr. flying to feel better and because of Dr Andrew Fagelman's negligence, lying, manipulating,  unprofessional behavior included discussing me with patients -- it is worse.... 1800 NYPD Fix it.... Nice try trying to blame the victim with false narratives but there are witness and the video and audios and fabricated police reports as well as threats the first caught on YouTube on Dr Fagelman's property. When I was assaulted the doctor in my case had an advertisement for Viagra on his website and although he's not a urologist I thought he was his primary care but he gets an article published in the urology magazine on how to use Viagra safely....Dr Fagelman's sister-in-law  is the same kind of doctor is Andrew and she's not published in the urology magazine..., who has he taken to viagra parties?  Yes the pharmaceutical companies throw parties apparently....Dr F likes to bring company -- Delita Hooks has even accompanied him.. anyone from law enforcement?

Det Vergona  and a federally filed motion to dismiss my case by  Jonathan Popolow admits via his lawyer that he did admit me he stated over the phone that he was going to arrest me if I didn't drop charges . In the oral argument his lawyer admitted he may have been rude to me.  I mediately called the civilian complaint review board to complain that Graham Daw the lawyer for CCRB denied rudeness and now  I had a city in the wire admitting rudeness the irony is CCRB forwarded my case to Internal Affairs to die via The Chief took of Dept --  I kept asking CCRB year after year and I'll do it this year yet again to take my case back --  since the Manhattan DA is protecting all crimes of CCRB investigates which they can do then Detective Andrew Dwyer could be forced to come in and be questioned under oath by CCRB. 

Det John Vergona violently threatening me over the phone with a hole in my retina, cervical damage, damage to both eyes massive floaters and violated - I agreed twice it's a false arrest over the phone and the detective moved it to Saturday 4 PM I don't know what would've happened to me I could've been raped more violation including sexual they could've falsified even more crimes and I'd be at Rikers read Eric Garner  hand written lawsuit under Michael Bloomberg and Ray Kelly..,

 I believe Joe Tacopina contacted Dr F and Delita Hooks after violently threatening me on YouTube  using a sock puppet identifying himself as Bob Dobalina a lawyer along with his partner Chad Seigel I allege as Charles Ward both of them threatening me retaliation if I pursued any legal action -- I forwarded to NYPD Det Vergona and asked is this witness tampering? His response came later when he violently threatened me over the phone with false arrest unless I drop charges another words he joined in committing crimes!

I believe Dr Fagelman picked up the phone and called his hook that is an nypd term -- he called his hook like he was calling a deli and ordered up coercion.  The response he got was have my attacker go in and file a false cross complaint and it was coordinated every crime every step of the way and it still is which is why there are no arrests yet however long it takes I tell myself bill Cosby however long it takes from the doctors office to the police department I am demanding arrests in my case.

What did Federal Agents have on Tacopina to arrange a proffer agreement involving Bernie Kerik!   The feds told Tacopina to not contact Kerik and he did! Is that a federal crime -- like O'Neill, Boyce illegally using a Federal funded 

Tacopina and Siegel have not denied they broke laws and joined Dr Fagelman, Delita Hooks and NYPD (as well as possible retired NYPD) in a gang effort to coerce me.

Tacopina and Siegel retaliating for me protesting their treatment of the NYPD rape cop victim and more irony I cannot share yet.

If your lawyer you can defend someone but if your lawyer and your client admits that there are guilty and you help fabricate false narrative's have you committed a crime.   If anyone during an open investigation helps to create false narrative's and his party to threatening victim it is a crime.    What about during criminal and civil cases if you're a lawyer whether you're taking money or you're doing it for free and you're constructing false narrative's knowingly and with malice have you committed a crime?  I want to know anybody and everyone involved in my case involved with false narrative's if they've ever been on the receiving end of fixing in favors from the NYPD and do they have NYPD in the family?
