The RUNNING PUNCH TO MY HEAD BY DELITA HOOKS COULD HAVE KILLED ME BUT DR ANDREW FAGELMAN CALLS HER EXEMPLARY AND TAKES HER TO DRUG PARTIES. If fraud was committed cheat to win I want to know how many people were involved in fraudulent activity besides making all this go away when crimes were committed my human rights were for highlighted my patient rights were violated my body including sexual assault violated a hole punched in my retina cervical damage I had to get emergency surgery and never had time to even meet with the lawyer because I agreed to false  rest Saturday at 4 PM I agreed to be kidnapped twice for no crime False Arrest NYPD first precinct.

Dr Fagelman made a mockery of the Medical profession and he and his lawyer and Delita Hooks lawyer the legal profession but in NYC ethics are a joke and  accountability and the abuse of power is  accepted.

Dr Fagelman has no motivation to stop he abusive unethical behavior and his lying. Ditto all involved.

Delita Hooks lawyer  made up a lie that he had it in the deposition because she had an appointment to go to but if she had one he was obligated to say at the beginning of the deposition they had to end it early because she had an appointment he didn't do that and I lead she did that because she admitted to multiple crimes and violence.   Yes she is still employed and her boss has admitted he takes her to drug parties which she can do because the Manhattan DA and NYPD did fixing in favors like they did for Jeffrey Epstein and friends all these years EVERYONE TEFLON!

Dr Fagelman didn't correct the majority of his perjuries but that particular lie he decided he better change it so he decided to go back and say he wanted to correct that he has his son six months out of the year but he committed perjury a lot and he was protected by travelers group lawyers who I allege possible w/ lawyer Ed Fogerty jr helped him sculpt some more f his newest lies under oath and Rajika a vile unethical lawyer joined in - engaged in abusive behavior!  Rajika  waved a Styrofoam cup in my direction -- handed one to Delita Hooks to wave in my face.

Ed, Delita Hooks lawyer  was trying to communicate w/ me  which he's not supposed to do in a deposition but he was trying to tell me to stop shaking my head as his client committed perjury over and over yet he was silent when she got up and threw herself against the wall during a deposition and he was silent when she committed perjury and I'm alleging he helped her and the doctor to come up with the newest new lies that she was not a receptionist or an office manager along w/ Travelers group lawyers.

 Travelers group lawyers were concerned I might re-appeal my lawsuit against NYPD. Why would they do that and less they to have been involved in NYPD city corruption getting fixing in favors? They too are part of making sure the doctor and his employee are protected like pedophile priests.

Travelers group stepped over the line and I endured Terrible abuse in depositions. The judge did reprimand the doctor and his lawyer she sent heard them for their bad behavior but they ultimately made a full of her and she made a full of her self protecting wrong doing because we established the doctor did not interview her for the job, he did not check her references, he did not have guidelines, he did not investigate what happened, and without investigating he lied about me to his patients. He had no way for Patience to get feedback. What kind of doctor does not investigate what happened and discusses another MD's patient w/ his patients and he clearly lied about me to his patients!


Dr Andrew Fagelman lies under oath a lot!   He lied and said what happened to me did not happen on his property when in fact it did and he said he did not investigate what happened because he put his full trust and confidence in the NYPD and that was a lie and less he meant he put his full trust and confidence in NYPD to violently  coerced me in falsify police reports in a race all crimes for him so he can continue to take her to drug parties and to continue TO LIE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME!!!!

Anyone who defends him it would be like defending Jeffrey Epstein because this guy is really sick and his behavior in a deposition was sick he showed no empathy no remorse no apologies extended he just inflicted more harm and damage.   It was common knowledge about Bill Cosby being a sex predator over 30 years ago and I know  because I was warned by a production assistant and luckily I never worked on anything he was involved with ...

In those days there was no smart phone no Twitter no texting no World Wide Web so woman warned me if you are assigned to drive Bill Cosby home don't do it he will he will sexually assault you -- she didn't use the word sexual assault--  I don't even know if that was a term then because I'm now 56 years old  --  must've been in my early 20s then but she made it clear that Cosby would sexually assault me it was so frightening and luckily I never had to worry because I never worked on a project he was part of!

 Ironic I think I was maybe 22 years old and I knocked on Woody Allen's production office door and I actually was offered a job on the second unit craft services and I just decided no.  I'm so thankful I decided no !

If the City wants to keep protecting the crimes maybe by the time I get Justice years later victims will be able to claw back the pensions for all the years they violated their oaths and broke laws at their desk in how many of our cases -- in how many of our cases did the agencies that could have done something pass the corruption buck or were and ARE directly complicit.

For me it's been almost 6 years October 1 will be six years that I fight for justice and now I know that all the evil done to me all the obstruction the threats to silence me the false narrative's posted on the Internet lying about me they lose in the long run --  I will never give up I will get my Justice I believe other obstruction of justice will backfire on them in my case and I hope others cases too.   Fact more than hope I'm praying for it!!!

 Doctor andrew Fagelman  his patients were harassing me on mine so I reached out to the Manhattan DA hate crimes unit and Joan Illuzzi met w/ me.  She said his patient should be harassing me she watch the video she was horrified and she said itsecond-degree assault menacing and a pass cross complaint but she didn't want to prosecute the first class complaint and she also gushing about how much she loves her boss  she acted like a teenage girl which made me really uncomfortable so I told her Ama critic of her boss and I told her I hope you won't hold that against me and she lied to me and said she wouldn't.   Before they did with they've done to too many victims of violence including sexual assault And that is fix it for the abusers I saw Cy Vance and I did to him what I did to Sheldon Silver two years before he was arrested I walked up and confronted him.  I called Cy Vance  out for his misogyny it's posted on YouTube years before Harvey Weinstein and or year or so before came out about the intern scandal an intern in Cy Vance's  office actually assaulted by someone senior !!!!!  Before Cy Vance exposed in NYDN  sending a woman assistant district attorney in to asked to lower Jeffrey Epstein sex predator status!!!!! Years Before it came out that he took donations from people who committed crimes or their defense attorneys including a doctor who's Patience called out the DA for taking that money and letting the doctor walk!  BMD sexually assaulted 19 patients and he didn't know jail and he's not on the registered sex offender list thanks to Cy Vance.   It sickens me that Joan Illuzzi or anybody in Manhattan DA has the Harvey Weinstein case!

The biggest shocker is mayor de Blasio and Ms. McCray -- their aide set the NYPD Intelligence detectives on me -- one who violated protocol caught on camera posted on my YouTube channel and one I photographed that they put next to me to intimidate me in to silence on the steps of City Hall == that if I shouted out anything they didn't like he was I allege going to grab me and pull me out -- but guess what?  The terrible behavior -- singling me out victimizing me a victim of sexual assault and a savage assault to vicious I had to get retina surgery, SEVERE disc degeneration in my neck =  and I have NYPD Intelligence Division detectives harassing me -- the one in the twitter photo with grey hair one not move away from me so women took note and when he didn't move they created a safe place for me because they heard me ask are you menacing me or stalking me?  Clearly he saw how protective the women were of me so when I moved up to the top he followed me but keep a significant distance perhaps because the mayor's staff read my tweet alerting them of what is going on...
