It does surprise me that judges in my experience my case do not mind perjury cheating to win and lying in their courts but when I asked one judge her name judge Lynn Kotler if see something say something applies to judges she said not in her purview.
In the fictional TV show "billions" on Showtime a wealthy man with a gun license he got from bribing a PBA NYPD official kills his neighbors dog and the New York State Attorney General in this fictional show Threatened the neighbor with FALSE ARREST ARREST and only on the weekend like I was threatened by NYPD det Vergona (NYPD Det Vergona violently threaten me over the phone with arrest unless I drop charges and I had a hole in my retina and cervical damage I just had emergency surgery the day before false arrest for my retina - Delita Hooks did a running punch to my head - she could have killed me if I had fallen backward!) --- in the tv show Billions he drops the charges against his neighbor who shot his dog and killed it with a guy and he should never of had a gun!
Dr Andrew Fagelman Openly committed perjury confident he's so confident he can get away with it lying the attack did not happen on his property and his lawyer from Travellers group new she's truly and often evil person who enjoyed her sadistic fish is inappropriate behavior even offering my attacker a Styrofoam cup and they both waved them at me like f- you (as close to getting me the finger yet again ) in the middle of a legal procedures but The justice system protects the rich and connected here in New York? )
Dr Andrew Fagelman did not investigate! He said trusted the NYPD! He smirked at me when he said it meaning he was assured by the NYPS that this was going to be made to go away? Hence his mocking smirk?
Dr Fagelman admitted he has lots of NYPD patients I wonder who else are his patients and pals and who have criticized on his blog who volunteer their services besides I allege another Teflon criminal Joe TACOPINA...? Apparently it's OK to break the law and violating my civil rights and patient rights...why? Because of this blog, my YouTube's, my activism...?
Delita Hooks took a break from some of her perjuries to tell the truth to admit that I asked would you consider paper cups instead of Styrofoam it's better for mother Earth. It should be noted there is no species on the planet except for mankind harming the planets so horrifically with pollution litter and irresponsibility...it's all a big joke apparently the travelers group and the doctor dr Andrew fagelman and the woman Delita Hooks (medical receptionist office manager) who punched a hole in my retina along with the legal system the judges who protect them who they also have made a full up along with the city of New York the NYPD top cops one police plaza - I think the majority of people party to wrongdoing in my case all took an oath except Delita Hooks.
Judge Alison Nathan had my case for 1 year and refused to meet me so it's a miracle she did not allow Ghislaine Macwell's request to go to a 5 star hotel. ( It gets better look at the front page of my lawsuit she had there's an article I refer to from the New York post that's been deleted by The NY Post! See YouTube below! Involves a judge and an NYPD giving the commissioner of Mayor Bloomberg's very special treatment to harass intimidate and enter the home of a neighbor the commissioner wrongly thought was spying on her! I guess New York Post Editor article would be embarrassing so they deleted it?)
The level of chutzpah and wrongdoing is just shocking but I guess that explains why the city and state are going to hell metaphorically...
I also want to know if Travelers group in the city conspired/had any contact because travelers group was extremely abusive and crossed at the cool lines in their treatment of me even in their own office and they did have one concern involving me was I can re-appeal my lawsuit against the NYPD.
Anyone following my blog knows that I'm accusing Joe Tacopina I'm alleging that he broke laws threatening me using a fake account on YouTube during an open investigation plus the C word "cunt" -- he and his partner have never denied that they did that or that he wrote the letter threatening me with a second false cross complaint that my attacker submit it as her own which the city has withheld in every court and the detective squad withheld from me and my short term lawyer Ron Kuby who I never got to meet I had to have emergency surgery on my left eye a hole in my retina - Friday, October 19, 2012 and Saturday, October 20, 2012 W. to be my false arrest date if I did not drop charges.
NYPD det John Vergona in federal appellate court has admitted he yelled at me over the phone you were going to drop charges or I am going to arrest you!
He has not been arrested or held accountable along with the city it appears they are Teflon like the doctor his employee Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were - Maxwell and Epstein were never ever arrested in new York city or New York State by the NYPD or Manhattan DA the same enablers in my case with the city they enabled even more crimes my case.
