The letter was withheld for half a decade but I never gave up and tried and tried and tried for years until I finally got a copy. The NYPD detective Squad Withheld the letter which is also wrong of them to do and Corporation counsel Withheld the letter which is cheating to win they withheld the letter in  4 courts  11 judges. 

Since October 1, 2012 I have the most severe excruciating insomnia I have PTSD that affects my entire body and I also wonder if someone has messed with my phone because when I try and type her voice dictate sometimes the opposite of what I mean comes out seems all very suspicious yes I make typos but these are over the top.   Attempting to write this at four in the morning my Internet just went out completely flatlined.  I switched to 5G and then called my Internet company to fix my Internet collapsing mysteriously when I'm trying to write this. I had purchased iPhone X  and every iPhone  kept dying. 

Getting back to a doctors office I was supposed to be safe...

I wasn't safe for my patient rights and body repeatedly Violated and Travelers Group Lawyer and the doctor laughed about it made a mockery of it - They made a fool of the judge, Judicial system, the medical community patient safety patient rights human decency and summed up with the doctor and travelers group are about ....

and the woman punched a hole in my retina --Delita Hooks  she and her boss behaved violently explosively in depositions. I just wish there had been video tape.

If and when they're pulled into a legal situation again where they are  questioned again I guess they'll be on their guard they seem to be expert at manipulating but I don't see how they can wiggle out of more lying under oath considering the amount of evidence including the video and so far they've avoided any material that should've been subpoenaed...they have the luck of the devil along with the NYPD that openly broke laws but look who's protecting them just like Jeffrey Epstein was protected for how many years and Jeffrey Epstein was never arrested by the NYPD or the Manhattan DA!

Dr. Andrew Fagelman Delita Hooks Have powerful enabler's that are willing to help them get away with perjury cheating to win party to coercion erasing all crimes even making a mockery of my patient Rights my Human Rights and my civil rights violated it was arranged with the NYPD to falsify police reports to downgrade all crimes including NYPD Crimes falsifying a police reports the goal to coerce me which they succeeded with a hole in my retina cervical damage from the attack and everyone involved I pray that they get their karma that there's a higher judge and the judge is that looked away.

Corporation counsel and the 1st Precinct detective squad withheld my tackers letter in response to Ron Kuby her letter is a crime that threatens me with the second false cross complain. They also lied in court that it was not coerced. I never met Ron Kuby and when I had my first 50 H hearing after the lawyer said you may have money coming to you.
