Remember the "convenient" fire -- THE 5 ALARM FIRE water front property by a man that has a track record of mysterious fires that some how our fire marshals and police have not been able to some solve with the mystery leading back to him....
track record but like a Bernie Maddoff -- it took way too long to ahhhh, um CATCH HIM SHUT HIM DOWN FROM HIS LONG TERM ON GOING CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.....there are Bernie Maddoffs of all kinds that remain the opposite of caught and shut down.
Well I am having a nice dinner looking out at Tompkins Square Park....pretending I am far, far, far away without having to miss my cats and worry about everything NYC.....when I hear a young woman talking about
an INSANE fire, she never saw anything like it.....hmmmm, the red lights are going off in my head....where is it?
By the water Williamsburg -- sounds like a rewind of the "convenient 5 alarm" (Williamsburg-Greenpoint, closest firehouse The Peoples but Bloomberg shut it down...remains closed like a monument) -- that allowed real estate man with bad track record to get around any community battles... hmmm,
Anyone hurt...? No.
It was a warehouse....
Sounds like this fire falls in to "convenient fire category" -- think about it -- the real estate market has tanked...
Bloomberg pushed this tsunami of development w/ expected population growth --- HE SHUTS DOWN FIREHOUSES POST SEPT. 11 -- ( I have letters published in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The New York Post, The New York Daily News, AM New York, Metro free paper addressing our firehouses being closed, in Metro I think I addressed the convenient 5 alarm fire way back when and how we need preserving of historic neighborhoods more than ever....)
So I don't have any details yet and even with them --- last convenient water front fire Williamsburg-Greenpoint, our NYPD and Fire Marshalls did not find the culprit that the majority of people felt was behind the convenient fire with the track record....

the location is close to the water and if the owners can build taller they will have stunning views that a historically preserved building would not "afford".

an insane fire, she had never seen anything like and the fire fighters working so hard to put the "insane fire raging" out,

Sure feels like something isn't right -- the location -- the real estate -- the description of the unusual way the fire raged on....

well we did last time and the authorities didn't come to the conclusion that many civilians did.....
