CityTime SAIC Scandal Update Robbins Geller

Poor Preet Bharara, Rose Gill Hearn, Team Bloomberg, Team Rudy , The CityTime Curse still alive and well.  Robbins and Geller a law firm representing shareholders of SAIC is asking the judge to reopen the case and take another look at the CityTime scandal!!!!!!  Obviously I am more than delighted since there's been a huge cover-up on CityTime pre Denault being hired.   Robins Geller also asks the Judge to take another look at TechnoDyne crooks.  

The New York media has all but forgotten the TechnoDyne crooks, the Allen husband and wife somehow were easily able to get on a plane and fly to India where they are living the life of luxury.

Robbins Geller as reported on my blog forced the city of New York to turn over their CityTime files.  (The new head of NYC Gov Dept of Investigation might want to take a looksie because the parallels to 911 Tech corruption are striking and DOI than headed by Rose Gill Hearn turned away whistleblowers on CityTime and 911. )

The law firm in a letter yesterday is asking  the Judge to re-open the case.

911 Tech Corruption FBI Ignores due to Contractors Ties to HomelandSecurity ?

Goldman Sachs calls up the FBI and get the FBI to quickly arrest in my opinion in innocent programmer who quit GS while the FBI has ignored four years of me asking them to help get a criminal investigation in to 911.  

The parallels of 911 to CityTime are striking including NYC Gov's Department of Investigations role and I allege  that Rose gill Hearn got two kickback appointments from Mike Bloomberg for her role.  I hear in both cases CityTime and 911 whistleblowers went to DOI and where turned away 

(kind of like me trying to report I was savagely attacked at Dr. Andrew Fagelman's, my attacker a receptionist office manager Delita Hooks false cross complaint which any honest cop recognized, det. John Vergona's alleged hate crime, upgrading attack to 2nd degree and I was repeatedly turned away and coerced  to drop charges due to serious injuries of which I'm still being treated.   Oh and the first precinct Detective squad threatened me never meeting me - they met my attacker who they did quite a favor for but would not meet with me unless to false arrest me 19 days later with a hole in my retina and a neck brace a weekend jail date for not dropping charges...it was a hard choice.  Saturday, Oct 20, 2012 Det John Vergona finally succeeded in coercing me.  Internal Affairs did not arrest him but allowed him to retire! )

Happened something similar very creative policing with cross complaints involving a retired NYPD officer who's an advisor on technology for the city of New York like 911 same detective squad the first Precinct guards City Hall ha ha.   They say you can't fight corruption at City Hall.  Oops they say you can fight City Hall.   You can fight police corruption especially being protected by the internal affairs Bureau!!!!!) 

Mayor de Blasio's new head of Dept of Investigation insists that anything in all things concerning 911 corruption must be reported to the internal affairs Bureau.   I don't understand -- than what is Dept of Investigations job?  Shouldn't DOI be investigating 911?  Hardee har har...  By the way it is not funny...everything about this blog post makes me sick...sickening.  

I made it clear to both agencies that I am suing internal affairs and I alleged retaliation for being a whistleblower at on the second 911 whistleblower to fall victim to the first precinct Detective squad.   

If you read the first page of my opposition to the city dismissing my case you will see HP right there and Ray Kelly's team and Mike Bloomberg's name.

Well I did call IAB  and got a complaint number (good for lawsuit number 2 against the City , NYPD, IAB if I am forced to Sue yet again) from internal affairs asking that they take my concerns regarding HP to Preet Bharara and ask for criminal investigation.  (You all know based on his handling of CityTime I have little faith in the man and the Manhattan DA Cy Vance as usual covering up for the well connected especially at City Hall brushed off John Liu's audit May 31, 2012.  FYI Liu was right on CityTime and 911 and in both cases under stated the depth of the over billing in my opinion. 

It should be noted the contractors (and consultant biz) that I allege were stealing over billing from us in my opinion all happen to buy coincidence have retired NYPD on their payroll!

I've asked the FBI for help for four years I believe the first time before I yelled down Mike Bloomberg on YouTube August 20, 2012. I had a conversation with an agent and referred her to John Lou's audit of May 31, 2012.  Then I walked out and stumbles right into Bloomberg Express conference and yelled him down about CityTime and 911 and posted it on YouTube.

I did follow Department of investigations instructions to call internal affairs Bureau and I filed a complaint and requested that Internal Affairs Contact Preet Bharara.   The reason I did that is twofold number one for the people of New York number two if I have to sue again regarding my case retaliation I will reference this.  

When I testified at City Hall for 911 the NYPD Chief Dowd would not take my written testimony since he wasn't staying but the FDNY Chief did.

Thanks and gratitude to a mosaic of People all colors and backgrounds male and female who helped me obtain just a little bit of Justice via YouTube aka YouTubeland helping me break  22,000 views to shame Dr Andrew Fagelman who ignored how many yelp reviews regarding his staff and I paid the price with a hole in my retina and permanent damage to my eye and my neck.

Than I went to the NYPD and took 20 days to commit the crime of COERCION.

Coercion is a crime not a policing tool.

Internal Affair also turned out to be corrupt as well so thanks and gratitude.

I believe the NYPD via YouTube posted a comment telling me my lawsuit against them would go no where -- the same words I heard when I tried to report the savage attack.

Well the lawsuit is now past the 9 month mark so what ever the Judge rules it has gone some where and there is a Federal record of what was done to me and via their lawyer I got more incriminating evidence including NYPD DOCUMENTS which are fabrication and from NYPD officers that NEVER MET WITH ME!!!!!!!!

The NYPD prevented me from reporting an alleged HATE crime by the detective that was supposed to investigate my case Det John Vergona pre- lawsuit, also they prevented me from reporting the false cross-complaint - I have audio proof which contradicts what the New York Police Department's lawyer stated to me on the phone attempting to defend her client Sgt Chen.  I have audio of IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell stating case closed.  FYI the case is open.  I have NYPD documents that prove Det Vergona and Lt Burgos lied about me.  Lt Burgos never even contacted me refuse to answer emails asking for BADGE numbers and I sent the email to him to Mr Kelly, Mr Esposito, Mr Campisi and Mr Ed Winski.

Lt Agnes never contacted me.  Reported my allegations unfounded and he is from "the integrity bureau. 

I have more and will get more evidence if I get subponea power.

The Feds have to be standing over Internal Affairs shoulders for IAB to do their job so you get my sarcasm stating the FBI can rest assured that IAB is investigating 911.
