Go try and steal the hundred dollars down the street and you will get arrested but when it comes to New York City government and City Hall you can pretty much do as you please.   Reminder I agree to be false arrested twice for being the victim of the most savage attack ever seen in our country at a medical office by a receptionist office manager Delita Hooks who was not fired or arrested!  Orwellian: The Teflon Guilty alive and well and getting away with everything but murder!  The guilty folks involves having tried murder yet so who knows maybe they can get away with that.

NYPD Chief Dowd Refuses My Testimony Hand-out

He did say thank you and smiled when I told him I blogged about him.

By the way if I am right about any of this I look forward to reading it as the NYDN, NY Post or NY Times or Village Voice's exclusive.  


I confronted Chief Dowd at City Hall when I went to testify about 911 Tech corruption and I asked him which division he was from and he refused to tell me.  I told him he was violating protocol.  What did he have to hide from a civilian anyway - he is at a public event.  He was from the technology division but the wasn't shy about taking gifts from Verizon although we are not allowed to know what the gifts where

What did he get from sitting on the board of FirstNet....hmmmm -- What did he have to offer the board.

Folks need to keep a close eye on Ray Kelly.  He and Bloomberg far from innocent pushing the 911 tech and making sure there is no criminal investigation so help out those involved....that have a lot more to hide but have no fear of prison as Preet Bharara hands out get out of jail Teflon Free cards from Slush Abuse to CityTime....

Bloomberg and Ray Kelly and the NYPD do not want a 911 Tech corruption trial as much as Preet Bharara because he can't say NYC Gov is completely innocent yet again like Preet Bharara said about CityTime which is a joke.

CityTime and 911 Tech Corruption starting with HP who like SAIC tied in to Homeland security and any friends on FirstNet board...in my opinion were stealing from the get go over billing and they were not alone.
