Cooper Union Science Building Hoses in Windows Pumping What Out?

A community member asked me to photograph these many pipes or hoses sticking out windows of the Science building that Cooper Union is going to tear down and like the illegal build catty corner that Rudy’s city planner had said no to -- it was a shell game -- Cooper Union is again abusing their real estate magnate education not-for profit status and take breaks to bust through zoning and RENT!!!!!!!

Yep -  another big scam, zone busting on old NY’s infrastructure and I busted them so it has been delayed for years as they feverishly work on infrastructure expansion courtesy of the tax payers and that includes Con Ed raising our bills to pay for all this zone busting by “education” and this is all about being an evil real estate magnate not education.

Cooper Union college kids so oohh they put that money towards our free education!  Yeah, the put the money towards beating down community law suits and into being an evil real estate magnate like NYU.

A community member asked are they pumping asbestos out the windows?

I said they are evil and do so much to harm the community but highly unlikely they are pumping toxic dangerous materials out the window.

Cooper Union students want me to know they are stupider, more callous and crueler than NYU students

The newest Cooper Union student to harass me and consume my time like the greedy real estate magnate consumes East Village real estate has fessed up he is an actual Cooper Union student (rather than cowardly annoymous commentor with a dummy YouTube channel) but he doesn't believe he should have to give me his name and in fact the internet is a place for anonymous people to come and harass people although he doesn't quite spell it all out because of the word count and he is pretending to be some what polite.

He like the public relations woman I encountered surrounded by the media telling them the great lie, "The community loves what were are doing." but of course the community was not invited to the press conference I happen to stumble upon. The Cooper Union gang just does not want any voice raised objecting to the shady, dangerous , exploitive real estate dealings that are first and foremost about greed.

NYU and Cooper Union used the term "community facility" to supersize and bust through zoning on "old" New York's infrastructure and check the stats for how many infrastructure related incidents we have had since they and NY Law, SVA, The New School started mega dorming the East Village to death.

But evil Cooper Union takes it to yet another extreme busting through zoning than land leasing the property as in the hideous mirrored building that was once a parking lot in front of Carl Fischer also forced to move now a half empty mirrored monument reflecting Cooper Union's dirty deed, a history destroyed and a community no longer welcome. Apparently people are not rushing to put down millions on a condo where Cooper Union owns the land and the condos as I understand, are therefore your property if you don't mind buying property that happens to be land leased and actually owned by Cooper Union.

Evil Cooper Union wasn't satisfied with just that and is tearing down the little yellow Science building and supersizing it, leasing it for 99 years. Even Rudy's city planner said "NO! This is a shell game." as told to me by an outraged community member.

I don't know if this is the same student that has been harassing me with other identities or a new one but he has made me re-think one point and that is that tearing down our neighborhood to be a real estate magnate landlord and further endangering our community makes Cooper Union a special brand and an evil empire in their own right.

Greed is the operative word. Cooper Union, NYU, and New School have grown so fat on greed that they are some of the reasons why ordinary working people can no longer live in NYC. Exactly - these real estate magnates using their not for profit status as a tax shelter, using the words "community facility" to exclude the facility to supersize, in many ways pushing out the community and the students seem to know only one lesson that is emblematic of all these institution of higher learning or should I say "higher greed" and that is "greed is good" getting back to Oliver Stone's Gordon Gekko. cooper union is not-for-profit. they built that building so that they can fund full tuition scholarships to every student who is accepted. Many of those students are NYC residents. The school is trying to provide an first rate education to students who may not otherwise afford such an opportunity. yes so greedy of them.

After zone busters NYU and Cooper Union supersized down Third Avenue than came condo and hotel developers that were able to do so as well with the wicked witch mega millionaire socialite city planner's blessing.

Do you think you will read about this in The New York eminent domain Times -- no or just glowing lies and as much as I like the NY Daily News - Mort Zuckerman may have the same money manger Steve Rattner -- and they did a dishonest public relations piece for the socialite mega millionaire city planner saying she preserved the East Village when thanks to her stupidity and greed shared with all these developers they have destroyed the heart and soul and community of the East Village and Lower East Side. The Bowery looks like space ships landed on it and are illegally parked.
Burden and Bloomberg want the area to be an extension of Wall Street with a few token buildings.

The evil landlords at 47 East 3rd Street did a mass eviction for their greed so it just is in vogue right now.

I don't have proof just a rumor that Steve Rattner -- two" tt"s not one like Bruce is the money manager for Mike Bloomberg and the rumor is Mort Zuckerman as well. There is link on the nydaily news piece to Mike Bloomberg being interviewed and stating Steve Rattner should not have to step down...kind of like City Council members being investigated and their staff being arrested but not them.... The wicked witch of the East Village, socialite mega millionaire city planner, Amanda Burden, sold our neighborhood out to the junior evil empire Cooper Union, NYU jr. Even Guiliani's city planner said no, this is a shell game.

The art world is dead and Cooper Union art students care about money and back real estate greed that continues to crush our community. Cooper Union art students are not anti-establishment but show me the money for free ride.

Cooper Union is tearing down this little Science building and supersizing it and leasing it which has nothing to do with higher education just like the land lease sky piercing mirrored building on the other side of the black cube. The more than half empty sky piercing mirrored building that looks like the architect was high on cocaine. The mirrored building reflects a history destroyed and a community no longer welcome!

Cooper Union's fractured aquarium building, there new studio building on the Bowery is hideous ugly, has nothing to do with the neighborhood and belongs on the set of a bad B hollywood movie, not NYC! There goal is to make Wall Street start at 14th Street and leave a few historic building and we are not welcome in our very own communities and that is city wide under the Bloomberg tsunami of community crushing development!

Cooper Union says they are not as bad as NYU, the evil empire of the East Village. NYU mega dormed the East Village to death but don't kid yourself Cooper Union is NYU, jr. and wishes they could be the community crushing real estate magnate that NYU and the greedy corrupt real estate magnate is on the way.

There was a time art was about anti-establishment -- now it is purely about greed.
