911 and FirstNet I am guessing 10 billion dollar boondoggles confined responses to the September 11 just seem to make certain contractors lobbyists and friends richer  what would they actually deliver in the face of large-scale terrorist attacks or series of terrorist attacks?

FirstNet came under federal investigation after the NYPD top brass hosted a board meeting at 1 Police Plaza and mystically and magically white washed everything so  wonderful it's like Disneyland  but can anyone explain 15 years after 9-11 FirstNet and 7 billion tax payer dollars  with the tax payers got in return  for 7 billion dollars because  guessing certain people connected to FirstNet and 911  got lavish gifts and not just from Chief Dowd and his NYPD pals from Verizon.  

I asked Internal Affairs was Dowd cleared for conflict of interest considering he was employee of the city of New York plus a board member of FirstNet and I wanted to know see getting compensation and or receiving gifts.

The NYPD Ramos trial already forgotten  cracked open the lid and fixing in favors and PBA an internal fares officers were caught up in the scandal  and it's clear with citywide that was shut down very fast no one want to go there for obvious reasons including the FBI.

It is amazing and shocking Preet Bharara and the FBI ignoring 911 tech corruption which Cy Flash Boy Vance could have shut down in 2012  and the second command center a response to the mass murders in the command center in the World Trade Center Tower is still not up and running we supposed be completed in 2012 it's 2016, 15 years after the terrorist attacks not up and running.


911 is bigger than CityTime zero arrests only 60.5 million dollars returned zero arrests and NYPD chief of technology and other white shirts  caught taking gifts no punishment Teflon.


 Ask Preet Bharara and the FBI how many lives depend on 911.  Ask Ray Kelly and Chief Dowd anyone and everyone that could do simple math in New York City government and didn't notice that 911 was $1 billion over budget and the first command center was hugely flawed that Hewlett-Packard was delivering late in delivering crap.
