I handed Ray Kelly and Chief Chuck Dowd (NYDN  stated that Ray Kelly motors him for fixing crime but I didn't read the article till after) my Justice Cards  The NYPD fix crime like a Las Vegas casino -- the Justice card stated I was coerced - Kelly as he was leaving City Hall and I was entering to go testify and we need a criminal prosecution of the crooks 911 tech aka ECTP.

Bratton is 100% guilty in my case (I posted audios calling his office on Youtube his staff admit they are aware of my case  and one conversation which I'm not sure post on YouTube they say it will be investigated but that was clearly a lie) is well along with his chief Internal Affairs  like their predecessors and corporate counsel took my notice of claim to go after Bratton  and submitted it is my notice of claim when it is not I'm simply following up on Judge Nathan's motion her willing to dismiss my case which stated that I could pursue this in New York State Supreme Court.


I want corporate counsel questioned under oath because it was overwhelming evidence the NYPD and Internal Affairs were and are guilty in my case  and then one everyone involved in defending criminal acts in violation my constitutional rights in New York City government to have to answer under oath and appropriate action taken against them. 


We clearly need a new commission into police corruption that includes internal affairs every agency that supposed to police the police  and corporate counsel  and I'm going to keep pursuing justice however many mayors police commissioners presidents attorney generals US attorney generals it takes.  


Joe Tacopina is on my cover page and he was schooled under Charles Hynes who has  mysteriously so far avoided how many grand jury's?  

Tacopina crowns his website with Abner Louima Believe the New York daily news said he took five or six proffer agreements which helped send his best friend ex police commissioner Bernie Kerik to jail.  If I am correct will the Feds protect Joe Tacopina  committing a series of crimes if I'm correct in my guess  he threatened me during an open investigation when me not to come forward friend to bury me and destroy me and then he wrote a letter for similar tone threatening me for my attacker to her NYPD fixers Delita Hooks signed the letter and evil corrupt IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell read the crime to me and stated CASE CLOSED. 

 I do not believe in writing but I can understand why some people do...


Note: Corrupt evil Mary O'Donnell  let me believe that the detective that represented my attacker his name Det Andy Drier  handed her my notes by accident with the wrong spelling I called her later and said would you return my notes she lied to me and said she would mail them to me she did not. 

 I never received my notes  and NYPD Sgt Mary O'Donnell then working for Internal Affairs never corrected me and told me the correct spelling is Det Andy Dwyer.
