Ray Kelly Chief Dowd Took Gifts and Lied Pushing Faulty 911 System

If I recall correctly the first death related to the faulty 911 system with HP was on city Island in the Bronx.  

Wayback when HP took over to current times I hear that rescue workers are still sent to the wrong place.   The new contractors don't have the best resume but Hewlett Packard had no experience into Hewlett Packard officials are on the NY pension board.  

Ray Kelly violated his ethical guidelines taking free gifts from Mayor Bloomberg aka free rides for him and his wife on the private jet and now we learn Chief Dowd was taking gifts although we are not allowed to know what the gifts are from Verizon and he's on a board for 911 on the West Coast called FirstNet.  He should never of gotten the position he got but his father is NYPD royalty.  Before Dowd refused to take my testimony for 911 which called for criminal investigation he looked at my card which said the NYPD fix crime like a Las Vegas casino.  It turns out he was guilty of fixing crime in the NYPD put him on 911 because they wanted a yes-man that could fix things and not necessarily understand but just say yes sir yes sir yes sir. 

When I was waiting to testify Mike Bloomberg's puppet Cas Holloway stated HP came in under budget and looked at me.  I wrote on my blog it's called creative bookkeeping.  

SAIC and HP we're overbilling from the get go in my opinion and they weren't alone.  Just like Det. John Vergona committing the crime of coercion there were too many checks and balances when he committed the crime and ditto for contractors.  

Kelly, Bloomberg, lobbyists with nyc gov pensions and contractors lucked out having Scott Stringer as New York City government Comptroller because he will make sure to never call for criminal investigation because he's in on it.  String or liked out is not qualified for the job so he'll do anything in my opinion to keep it.

Where is the criminal investigation in to 911? To many powerful people do not want the 911 investigation let alone a trial like City time to ever happen.  Preet Bharara covered up for all top brass at City Hall but 911 would expose all the same players and Ray Kelly and I allege putting Chief Dowd in place as a dummy figure head ditto for his placement on FirstNet with SAIC in play on 911...

It was all about gifts and back room deals -- follow the money trail.  It always gets done to greed and stupidity. 

In my opinion oh yeah this is an opinion blog.  

SAIC HP Ray Kelly free rides in Mike Bloomberg's plane on the front page of my opposition to the City Dismissing my case that now the NYPD Philip Eure will have to look at hopefully. 

Chief Dowd on FirstNet board members that are tied into Homeland security and down having little capability for his position along with his mission statement evokes an analogy between Goldman Sachs guys getting into the White House and NYPD Commissioner's trying to be the head of Homeland security.

The FBI and IAB not dazzling us with fighting corruption though thanks to the Feds for making sure the IAB officer that tipped of the PBA about the fixing and favors got busted but she says she is innocent.


I am waiting for the arrest of my attacker and the NYPD that coerced me starting with Det Vergona to be arrested.

Thanks to the NYDN finding out about Dowd getting gifts for Verizon as if Verizon needs to give gifts since the fix is in.
