NYPD Mr Bratton Can a Chief Be on a Board of FirstNet and Hold Board Meetings at 1 Police Plaza?
The answer is yes.
Is that ethical?
No.
I exclusively reported Dowd was demoted over a month before The NYDN who has prevented me for years from commenting and won't report I am the victim of the most savage attack at a doctors office and the NYPD and internal affairs fixed it. Proof no arrests.
When it comes to the New York Police Department the fix is in --- whether it's fixing crime or fixing contracts in my opinion... Also their connections of course to Homeland security and every police commissioner dreams of the job as the head of Homeland Security like every Goldman Sachs top dog plans on the job at the White House. Do the math. Board of FirstNet has how many ties to Homeland security and Homeland Security has many ties companies that grossly over billed us here in New York City including SAIC and HP.
I'm suing both NYPD IAB and in my lawsuit it says they retaliated against me for being a whistleblower as well as sending me a message to shut up. All tv stations including Kkk Ray's pal ABC reported the video of the violent attack on a cat etc The NY Post and NY Time has not reported me being attacked but the beginning of the physical attack has 23,000 YouTube views despite The NYPD saying their was no attack. I did force the case to be re- openned. Not news. The NYPD IAB so far has done my attacker's employer Dr Andrew Fagelman a favor so far not arresting Delita Hooks a violent liar since Dr F did not fire her the police did him a favor and gave Delita Hooks a gift -- protecting her and sealing her false cross complaint in under 1 year instead of going to the DA. NYPD 's new excuse to not arrest Delita Hooks and Det John Vergona -- I am suing -- the NYPD say they can do nothing while I am suing. The NYPD IAB currency in my opinion is favors including letting corrupt cops retire.
Chief Dowd as The NYDN reported was caught fixing crimes. He was promoted up ladder. Typical of the NYPD. I met Dowd in person and exclusively reported at City Hall when I went to testify he refused my written testimony since he wasn't staying but FDNY chiefs took my testiomny on 911 calling for criminal investigation.
Tech Dirt mentions Chief Dowd's great friend Verizon..... Well Verizon has the monopoly on our 911 system but what you find in another state Verizon was battling with AT&T for FirstNet job.

It doesn’t help dispel this perception that its new CEO, Bill D’Agostino, Jr., just left Verizon to join FirstNet. I have said before that there will be Congressional hearings long before there is a network and for now, lawyers are left to look into the charges. We haven’t heard the last on this issue.
