NYPD cop who commited coercion retired and his supervisor in my case.
Pre lawsuit I handed Chief Dowd and Ray Kelly my card. My card said The NYPD fix crime like a Las Vegas Casino and asked for help because I was a victim of a savage attack at a medical office and NYPD Coercion.
Dowd's father is an NYPD Chief why Dowd fly so high and confident he was and is above the law.
He refused my written 911 testiomny and I reported this and that fact he was demoted as it broke and I believe IAB investigating him.
FYI Ray Kelly was not allowed to take free rides on the mayors private jet.
Dowd a son of an NYPD Chief knows he's not allowed to take gifts and when I met him I had to remind him a protocol because he did not want to identify himself.
