I donated so now I get photos and updates as well as a request to share with friends. Prayers go out to all in Haiti including the amazing people that were there in the first place to help and the rescue crews not there as well as those planning on going.

As you all know one night Lincoln Anderson completely lost his mind and sent me way too many emails that were crazy and harassing. I filed an aggravated harassment complaint. After doing so late one night he posted comments under his name on my YouTubes yet again. One focus of this angry, abusive flurry was his support of Bob Airhood's topless photo of Marlene who is African American, mostly homeless, poverty level and now in jail. Anderson felt her street name "Hotdog" was as valid as "Jim Mosaic Man" or "Biker Bill" but their names add cache while hers does not. Lincoln Anderson and Bob Airhood are white men and they can get drunk and take off their shirts in their home confident no one will photograph them but Marlene has no such luxury. There are no photos of Anderson or Airhood topless and Marlene looks better than these over weight obese white men that come across as racists and misogynists. Because I spoke up I was been systematically harassed as well as stalked by Arihood from some where behind me photographing me without my knowledge with an intent to be hateful and some think because they posted under anonymous names they are anonymous and gee do you think there is a connection here and the theme hate. Community members agreed the photo post was plain wrong. There have also been comments approved by Arihood putting her down for her lack of her intelligence. She speaks two languages fluently. She has alcohol problems and she herself has told me she needs rehab. In the book The Blind Side, Michael Oher as a child was written off as stupid and worthless but clearly that wasn't the case. His mother had addictions and he had no parenting so he checked out. The story is how he was able to check back in with support and love he is now a starter in the NFL and a multi-millionaire.

Marlene is poor, black and in jail. I said to a community member if she wasn't, she would be in rehab. The response is jail is a poor person's rehab.

Anderson was also harassing me re: exposing NYU's and that pathetic little rags alliance with NYU, the ultimate community crusher of the East Village. When I first demanded NYU and all the mega dorms give us community outreach resource centers at a rally in Tompkins it was interesting The Villager completely erased me and Anderson sent me an email from the reporter. Who does she think she is? Is she running for office? Yes, the East Village is run by a few. The East Village is run by developers that demand to be call activists and are painted as saints and is mostly dorm fodder. The East Village is run by a bar czar who was community board chair and now I am told attempts to run the board from the audience. Bars are a big business and he owns perhaps the most bars. The East Village is run. The horrible tsunami of community crushing development under Bloomberg has robbed the city of it's soul. Developers like Mike Red Square Rosen opened the door to this kind of development with The Red Square with Lenin on it and Rosen lives a top the symbol of gentrification that once was a welfare building. Who thought that Bob Arihood would join Anderson in hate crimes posted on his blog.

The Villager ended up endorsing Christine Quinn who is a mini-Mike Bloomberg that supporters community crushing development and has been exposed by Benjamin Lesser of The New York Daily News for even taking what appears to be campaign donations from developers she has sponsored. The Villager turned away NY1 and the theory is they did not want anyone in their video taping the debate except The Villager. I am proud I stood up for one of the poorest African American members of the East Village who has been mostly homeless and made her home mostly in the vicinity of Tompkins Square Park and I will think of her tomorrow. She is in jail. If she was white and middle class she would not be in jail but in rehab.

I am suppose to interview a victim and survivior of mass eviction who greatly admires Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. tomorrow. Look at what Cooper Union is currently up to by the Black Cube which is another grand zone busting evil real estate deal that will further rob the East Village of it's soul and cause even more displacement but hey these college kids, not anti-establishment support this for their free education. Peter Cooper wanted to help the poor and empower them, not displace them and further oppress them. NYU, Cooper Union, The New School, SVA and NY Law which has no campus here unless you consider Wall Street the East Village which Mike Bloomberg and mega millionaire socialite city planner do. These institutions of higher ed are about higher greed with real estate busting through zoning on old NY's infrastructure. What happens when the student population no longer booms? They will claim hardship and get the city of New York to allow even more real estate to be rented and leased as Cooper Union already has done with other prime real estate. The president of Cooper Union admits Cooper Union is a real estate magnate and already they have convinced the city and their students they endure hardship that forces them to become even great and more crushing real estate magnates. Only in NYC do you get such twisted thinking of a Lincoln Anderson supporting topless photos of a poverty level 56 year old African American woman to Cooper Union convincing the City and college kids they are suffering such great hardship they have supersize yet again. The sky piercing mirrored building that looks have empty by the black cube was not enough and who wants to by a condo on land leased property? Now Cooper Union has to tear down their little yellow science building by Cooper Union can only continue to pay for college kids free education by zone busting and increasing their real estate investments. Even Giuliani's city planner I am told said, "No, this is a shell game."

Well, Monday is about celebrating a man that spoke up and he radically changed this country. We clearly have a long way to go and need more people speaking up and out but for now it seems greed and stupidity rule. Greed and stupidity brought down Wall Street and next is NYC.

Mike Bloomberg did not need a campaign staff. All he needed to do was walk out on the streets of New York and hand out 100 plus millions of dollars to the people and he would have had a better voter turn out. Sub-zero trickle down is the term I made up that aptly describes king Mike from his buying a third term to the slush fund mess at City Hall under his reign. How can you reward campaign staff for delivering the most expensive and most humiliating win in NYC history?

Very touching piece and a reminder of the NYPD at their best. Does make me think of Sept. 11 and the outstanding courage of the FDNY and NYPD and of course PAPD and EMS and many others.

I remember them Sept. 11, the days and months following from the burning fiery massive smoking wound that would melt peoples' boots to the NYPD detectives that made regular trips to the morgue set up by NYU Medical Center where I did volunteer work long before with pre-school handicap children at Rusk and I would go back much later to the volunteer office to work thanking everyone that showed up to volunteer Sept. 11 and to archive the small group (in contrast to the massive turn out) of volunteers NYU Medical Center was actually able to use. I remember one woman told me what an honor it was just to get a cup of coffee for a detective. A nurse visiting her daughter in NYC was heart broken not to be able to help in some way and had gone to local precincts to try. I remember bumping into my primary care physician and she had gone to help at St. Vincent's Hospital and she did treat firemen that ran back down to the WTC site but of course the heart break was there were not more survivors to actually treat. Scores of people that want to help...yes, I remember.

I remember the sea of NYPD officers including cadets being sent down in buses to the WTC site and the so many more stationed down town to make people feel safe. Seems like a long time ago and at the same time still hard to believe it every happened.

It is sad that some people have an NYPD uniform that should not only not be employed by the NYPD but they should not have a gun either. There behavior and actions hurt the good and honorable NYPD.

Anyway the elite good NYPD do make up for the horror stories we have read or met first hand.

Called the State Attorney General's Office today

I got a letter today from an Assistant Attorney General and I actually called her telephone number told her my concerns, what I have done so far, that I have a lawyer and could she in any way direct me.

A couple of years ago when I had other concerns that I was very upset about, I wrote State Attorney General Cuomo and he had someone write me back. I was told he urged me to go to the NYPD which I did and hand in the letter as well.

I would add public sector unions have to stop protecting men and women that are breaking the law and using fear and intimidation instead of serving the public.

With the "rape cops" of the 9th Precinct why did the DA take so long to take action? A lawyer for the DA worked or works for the local SLA community board for years and I believe was still in position at the time. I could not help but wonder if that had anything to do with it.

I always felt that if we are to have community board than we must vote for these positions and there must be term limits as well and any possible conflicts of interest must be looked so here is another place we need screening and accountablility.

Getting back to the NYPD -- if any men and women lack empathy they should not be carrying a gun and I agree with the comment that more has to be done to screen these people before they are given a badge and gun.

The Evil greedy real estate magnate Cooper Union tears up the E. Village at tax payers expense and look out for your safety if we have even more infra

Watch your safety and not just from the mayhem caused by the greed of an evil real estate magnate aka Cooper Union because when Bloomberg pushed this reckless tsunami we had way too many infrastructure breaks including man holes covers exploding, water main breaks, sewage related sinkholes etc.

Peter Cooper is turning over in his grave. He wanted to help poor people not help Cooper Union to be part of the NYU community crushing "progress" that has displaced so many including small businesses replaced by banks and bars.

I believe they are responsible and they say not so. Because of the reckless tsunami of community crushing development the CB3 which includes China Town had a very high number of infrastructure related problems. I believe more is to come and tax payers are paying and paying in way too ways.

Cooper Union is tearing down their little yellow science building and supersizing and just like the hideous mirrored building almost across the street where Cooper Union owns the land and leases it -- this supersized zone buster will have nothing to do with education but higher greed. Cooper Union college kids are not anti-community crushing builds but embrace the Gordon Gekko greed is good mentality.

The super sized mega builds way heavy on the delipidated subway station right there they rain and leak like Venice, Italy so if there is any crisis like the covered by NY1 and Channel 11, Cooper Union is innocent and had nothing to do with it.

Put on your safety belts and your hard hats. By the way, the hideous ugly sky piercing building across the street on 3rd Avenue is also a Cooper Union zone busting mega dorms that lines up with river of NYU mega dorms starting at 14th Street that run down third avenue and turn in to hideous ugly sky piercing hotels that become the Bowery.

Just approved edits on my piece for a book on Jewish Ancestry Lower East Side - my piece is stream of consciousness

I just approved the edits this morning.

I also find it a statement that I am dealing with *anti-semitism and other issues. Discussed with my dear friend who is working on his new book and sadly his brother-in-law just died and he was a survivor of a concentration camp... his history is now gone except that Steven Spielberg has reached out to as many survivors as possible to gather their stories including his. his s. In my piece I talk about the Holocaust as well and the grief and sorrow even before. Note: I mention king Mike Bloomberg because he can traces his roots to the Lower East Side as well, the tsunami of community crushing development and even Google YouTube removing all 334 YouTubes my history...let you know when the book is out and you can read my piece along with other authors.

Re: the *cyber stalking, cyber bullying, stalking, harassment anti-semitism, gay bashing, etc. ....We want to wait and have them dig a bigger hole. It is a group. There are two legal ways to pursue plus when suing there is individual but since two began this from work I am looking into suing the newspaper where part of this began and I have the emails to prove it as well and showing the connection to other parties.

We will see and the key is patience....

Stream of consciousness Haiti and here NYC now

Watching the news was heart breaking but they also showed people being amazingly heroic and brave. Brought back 9-11. Also a reminder of how many good souls were already in Haiti doing good deeds. I never was a bench warmer. Don't want to be sitting in the bleachers. I couldn't do anything so I went to Red Cross's website and made a donation.

I thought of a fireman that died 9-11 that made me feel so loved. Not my lover but he loved my passion. What most people were trying to break my spirit he just loved my fiery passion and he was an amazingly courageous person who survived so much including Viet Nam but not 9-11.

It always amazes me you can do down to the site and you don't see the names of all those rescue workers that rushed down there so heroically and made the ultimate sacrifice and all over the world people watched on the news, internet over and over but at the site they are invisible because the mayor and John what's his name ex Goldman Sach chair decided they would be making them special.

I feel really good about myself and I feel loved. The fireman that died downtown -- he made me feel really loved. I did not see him a lot but when I did he communicated a powerful message and I felt very loved.

I am a strong believer in what goes around comes around in the best sense and the worst.

I am a strong believer that the good souls get a special place in Heaven like those that died 9-11. I always say the good NYPD and that includes retired NYPD get a special place in Heaven because it is a tough job but because I say that I can't tolerate slackers or people that don't deserve to wear that uniform let alone gun.

When people do evil it does get returned to them and they are such miserable people hate themselves, are addicted to alcohol, prescription and legal drugs all combined and they can't break free.

I love Crazy Hearts and that was a film of hope and redemption even if it is in the late innings of one's life. Nice, beautiful film. The film is dedicated to this gentleman.

More than the neighborhood....When I wrote this I actually really liked mayor Bloomberg. I had no idea he would push a tsunami of community crushing development. He should be protested 24/7. Wish I could pay for a buses to transport any and all protestors with a gripe against Bloomberg and his mini-me Christine Quinn. On the side of the buses it would say they stole a third term and flushed democracy down the toilet denying us a referendum.
