36 days holding vigil for our civil rights: No response. Day 2 of the civil rights water-only fast: No response.

This is what I'm doing right now. My brother is dying. Everyday that goes by that she doesn't file the American Equality Bill or similar legislation, write a letter of intent or make a public statement, my brother is closer to death. If the NYPD had given Charlie Sheen just one little ticket they would have done him a favor, perhaps a life saving one, too bad for Charlie and his loved ones that he is a rich celebrity above the law

I saw someone ask Charlie Sheen if he voted....He waved off the question with a smile.  You would never know he had a booze, drug, attempted sex-fest -- the pay to play kind on both the East Coast and on his return to LA, the west coast as he returned to work.

Sheen is paid a massive -obscene--  fortune for his work on a tv show that I have never watched about two dysfunctional men living together which is already a red light.   Would it be unAmerican to hope for intelligent TV shows an maybe a salary cap for these spoiled people including athletes?  When the Yankees don't win can we get them to pay back some of their bloated salaries to the tax payers since the tax payers had to pay a big part of the money for a stadium we did not want and most cannot afford?

Charlie Sheen sober is a nice person.  However the NYPD refusing to give him just one little ticket was a disservice to him and for anyone reading my blog you know I am sick of watching and hearing about the NYPD handcuffing men and women of color that happen to sell art or items that somehow make them worthy of being treated like criminals while Charlie Sheen acted so frightening his porn star hire for an alleged $12,000 cowered in the bathroom in fear.

I know the NYPD and the DA are in awe of the rich and celebrities and our corrupt politicians in NYC are also blatantly above the law.  It appears to me that the rich people in Soho and the community board are all guilty of economic racism pressuring the NYPD to arrest people of color, ticket Veteran Vendors who have served our Country over any small infraction -- the kind you and I commit every day like jay walking but we don't get tickets for jay walking.  The NYPD refused to ticket Charlie Sheen.

The above link Joanna Molloy says that all kinds of "naughty business" goes on in these fancy hotels and the hotel staff is sometimes involved in assisting in breaking the laws but the NYPD is not going to do anything about it for sure!   The same laws being broken out on the street and by poor and middle class people will be enforced by the NYPD.   By the way Molloy leaves out the fact that sex workers area also male catering to mostly men.

In the case of the Mercer Hotel for way too long it appears like the manager was dictating to the NYPD and the NYPD would rush over to harass Veteran vendors and artist vendors criminalizing them on behalf of the rich community that I know call a racist community called Soho.

If Charlie Sheen and the rich people who abuse the laws in NYC were held accountable they be better human beings and live longer healthy lives.  Lucky for Charlie that he is rich and white.  He has heard that often over the years and perhaps his Dad, Martin Sheen as uttered these very words.

Charlie Sheen is just one of many people that did wrong.

I am not anytime sex workers and think that sex work should be legalized but I am against how laws are applied and how some rich people use NYPD and how the rich are above the law in NYC.

I also saw the most beautiful NYPD *dog but he was playing with his toy which may be a no-no because he was on company time but it isn't like Mike Bloomberg's deputy mayor Patricia Harris who spends her time at Mike mansion uptown on the tax payer's $ to work on Mike's charity -- I would say Mike's charity and NYC gov are one in the same except Mike Bloomberg is costing the tax payers money including making us pay for his campaign staff's 6 figure salaries = $2 million dollars.

Please don't think I am a John Haggerty fan...he is way too wholesome for my tastes....just joking but a rumor that Haggerty being responsible for Mike Bloomberg's dirty work to make it as difficult as possible for the people of New York to testify their criticisms of king Mike and the corrupt city council's slush efforts to push thru a 3rd term limit.  The alleged rumor is that Haggerty got groups that support Mike Bloomberg in to fill city hall just like I showed you video footage of NYU and The Villager hosting a debate for Christine Quinn and her opponents Yetta Kurland and Derr and magically all Quinn's supporters got in but the press, including NY1 were denied access and senior citizens that stood in line patiently were turned away.

The NY Times reported the Doe Foundation received millions, I believe 2 mill after the election and it seemed like a reward for their support of the mayor's corrupt push to deny us a referendum.

I am not Haggerty's mother or girlfriend but I tell you when it comes to stealing I believe he is innocent, as innocent at least as Mike Bloomberg.  My theory is Mike Bloomberg wanted to win and he did not care how he won, just like Steve Rattner wanted to be a player in the pension fund (scandals hardee) and was willing to pay to play and for me it was a conflict of interest him being involved in the first place.

I believe Mike Bloomberg never asked, followed through on where any of his 109 million dollars went because he did not care...he handed over the money with a do what you will attitude just get me a win.

Mike has every technology tool at his hand to easily track that money and he did not use it and Mike Bloomberg broke campaign laws and that is a Misdemeanor A.  I don't know any politician in American who makes a 1.1 million dollar donation the day before the election out of their personal account but so many laws were broken here it is mind numbing so I say Haggerty is innocent as innocent as Mike Bloomberg.

I continue to ask for a chart of Mike Bloomberg's spending and where did all the money go.  Add to the chart post-election pay-offs in terms of real estate deals like commercial zoning for NYU from Bleecker Street to LaGuardia Place to Mercer Street that would convert the area in to Mid-Town in terms of building heights and traffic, the Doe Foundation and so much more that was handed over to supporters of Bloomberg all who were bent on denying the people of NYC a referendum.

Most of all Mike Bloomberg turn over those 62 emails to Haggerty.

The NY Post buried the story.  We are lucky it is up on the internet but it never made it to the newspaper.

Cy Vance had to tell the press he isn't going to prosecute Mike Bloomberg.  Vance's office mystically may have violated Haggerty's rights and a legal agreement to attempt to throw dirt on Carl Palladino that was not his dirt but all Mike Bloomberg's to make sure Andrew Cuomo won because the powers that be were worried the race would be too close.

I also want to know is Andrew Cuomo going to let Steve Rattner walk as well?

Capt. Winski, NYPD, does something look suspicious to you? The infamous "Loading and Unloading Sign for The Mercer Hotel only" has been removed, and a new sign much smaller w/ fewer words has been put up a few feet in front of the original sign

No I am not trying to impersonate John Travolta but I am standing next to a circle on the ground where I believe the original sign was placed!  Now it has been moved with or most likely without DOT's official blessing and whom ever did it has installed the new sign super sloppy and it doesn't look safe.  This sign is very different.  It is much smaller with less words.
If this was done without DOT than The Mercer Hotel as broken several different laws but I have to ask Capt. Winski if the 1st Precinct is actually going to investigate this.  
DOT has responded to my complaint Friday and said to contact the NYPD -- see down below how the NYPD responded.

I called up the 1st Precinct and I was told by the Officer the signs are up so it is not an issue. 

I told him I had a different understanding than his answer because DOT did not remove this sign and move or at least it would appear that way if DOT is telling me to contact the NYPD but the officer's response was "The sign is up".

The over whelming vote for term limits even with The New York Times and The Village Voice urging you to vote NO but the majority of New Yorker voted YES we want term limits.

New York State and NYC have HUGE economic problems.  The quickest solution would be for NY State to declare itself a separate country, bankruptcy and than ask the IMF to bail us out.

Tuesday and Term Limits is like  a Halloween Hell Horror Movie for voters...if you vote yes for term limits with the corrupt bundled questions on the back that should not be bundled together than you are in you Mike Bloomberg halloween costume and if you vote No you are dressed as Mike Bloomberg's corrupt mini-me Christine Quinn or you could not vote at all.  It is your choice and bring a reading glasses and a magnify glass because they put it on the back and as small as possible.

I am voting Yes on Term Limits and Yes and the 7 bundled questions that should not be bundled together.

I talked to a cross section of people and they are not voting for Cuomo. I am surprised.  They are voting for Kristen Davis even though they don't believe in the legalization of drugs or Jimmy McMillian and one vote for Reidlich who exposed the head of our public library earns $680,000.

I am still strongly considering voting for Andrew Cuomo because I will have to ask him for help for the people of New York and he is going to win.  The election will be closer than predicted and there will be some surprises.  I am guessing Jimmy McMillian may get a lot of votes.  He already got a $10,000 paying gig to be in a commercial and his YouTube counts for viewers is easily over 3 million.

I want to point out that there was only one debate for governor and most New Yorkers did not see it because it was not available on public TV. Why?  Welcome to perhaps the most corrupt city and state in the USA which is why NYC is now heading towards a depression except for the rich folks that all benefited under Bloomberg's reign.  In fact Mike Bloomberg just resign because Haggerty is his Watergate and Mike did not declare campaign expenditures as legally required which is a Misdemeanor A that carries jail time.   I do believe Haggerty is innocent, at least as innocent as Mike Bloomberg especially because Mike funneled money to Haggerty the previous election as well but through the Republican Party...oh dear, oh dear.  My guess is Mike and Haggerty as well as all of Mike's campaign people had an understanding...do what you want with the money, just get me a win which is why Mike never reported the money stolen.  Can we see a flow chart of all the money Mike spent and where it actually went?

Too bad he just didn't hand it out to the people of NYC, especially the poorest since Mike was out to buy votes.  Talk about Sub-Zero Trickle down!!!!!!!

Lastly, I am an Independent but last year I changed to Democrat so I could vote in the primary.  I look forward to voting against Christine Quinn when she attempts to run for mayor.   If the democrats do not have any reason/inspiration/motivation to clean up the corruption than perhaps the fear of losing to the Republicans might be a wake-up call?  No even that won't inspire them to stop stealing and abusing tax payer money and or consider taking public transportation to save the tax payers a few bucks. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/11/01/nyregion/01senate.html?_r=1&ref=nyregion

Charlie Sheen is above the law and so are all celebrities and corrupt politicians.   Right now our mayor posing as king as convinced a new District Attorney named Cy Vance that he, Mike Bloomberg is truly king of New York.  You see, Mike Bloomberg broke campaign laws so if he was a real citizen like you or me he would now be preparing his defense and he would be going to jail because not declaring your campaign expenditures including "donations" is a Misdemeanor A!  How nice to be king.

Ditto for Dave Paterson who's greatest handicap is his unwillingness to take responsibility and he too is avoiding jail time because of his political position.

Steve Rattner belongs in jail and ditto for him as well.  Andrew Cuomo it is believed pressured the S.E.C. to not rule on Rattner (Mike's best friend and money manager) role in the pay to play pension fund scandals.

Anyone getting back to Holly-woo-wood the NYPD I am sure are dazzled by Sheen's wealth, his buying ability to pay $12,000 or more for a woman's companionship and the fact that when sober Charlie Sheen is a very nice guy or at least he appears that way so the let him go.

What is amazing is that Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan are actually still alive.  That is amazing to me.  They need to be either in jail or required to spend 24 hours a day for a month working some where with people struggling so hard to survive or to get through their day because of serve handicaps that would make the average person pack it in and people that can't be dazzled mesmerized by their celebrity.

For me, I am sick of the class warfare in Soho by the Michael Rawson types, a manager who calls the NYPD as if they are his private detail to make life tough for Veteran Vendors, artist vendors and harmless vendors that may or may not be breaking some fringe ridiculous law, you know the kind, like jay walking that just 8 and a half million New Yorkers break every day but I have seen and heard of people of color being hand-cuffed and taken away for quoting a price or selling jewelry.  In contrast Charlie Sheen did more than disturb the peace and he got not handcuffs or even a ticket but a police escort to a hospital I am guessing.

A protest is coming soon to The Mercer Hotel but it will only be 20 minutes because the vendors have to get to work.   When the NYPD won't jump through Rawson's hoops he had water thrown out the window of The Mercer Hotel -- both sides and it hit a Viet Nam Vet and his table.  This Vet also got the most ridiculous ticket months ago over 3 inches.  If you can back from Viet Nam alive you survived by 3 inches.

I believe the NYPD is backing off right now.  The NYPD was turning a blind eye to the "loading and unloading for The Mercer Hotel" which was used as a private parking with valet service and no NYPD officer from the 1st, The Peddler's Unit, or even the NYPD unit that runs around giving parking tickets would ever give out a ticket even when I showed the ticketing unit a fake NYPD placard in a SUV.

Now the "loading and unloading" sign which is the property of NYC and not The Mercer Hotel has been removed and carried in to the hotel like a dead body and it was not removed by DOT.

Very tired, as usual I wake up tired and I tired of writing about this.  I know some of those who read this blog will be at the protest.  See you there...    The pattern of harassing vendors must stop.

We are under threat of terrorism and the vendors have proven they can be our eyes and ears helping as the Viet Nam Vets did in Times Square.  Arrest Charlie Sheen not a vendor.  Ask Charlie and Martin Sheen and I bet they would both agree with me, well maybe.
