When former mayor Ed Koch was given a flyer he said that gays have some civil rights protections here in NYC because of him but activists are asking for National Civil Rights protection.

So Kristen Gillibrand's response has been pure silence in response to the American Equality Bill.

Note:  If the 2 gentleman where in fact NYPD officers they needed to identify themselves.  Who ever they were they needed to identify themselves and they did not.  I believe these men were NYPD but whom ever, when directing the people of this Country and NYC you have to identify yourselves and they did not.
