Juan Movement for Justice in El Barrio meeting re: displacement activists send me invitation
Invitation to Third NYC Encuentro for Dignity & Against Displacement
Please contact Juan at the Movement for Justice in El Barrio if you and/or your organization would like to attend the upcoming Encuentro. I was at the first Encuentro and it was inspiring with groups representing people from up and down the East Coast.
my friend's Mom is dying of cancer & I have to tell him about Bob Arihood & friends gay bashing anti-semitic cyber stalking
I saw my friend who is gay and he told me the heart breaking news....his Mom is dying...it is a sad story and how the doctors missed the fact she had cancer -- did not discover until stage 4 -- uterine and they had treated her for lymphoma a bunch of years ago...
I am proud to have told my friend I donated my white blood cells for a man fighting lymphoma. I gave my friend big hugs and my love.
I was donating large amounts of platelets but due to shocking harassment I had to stop and take care of my own health. I have had acute stomach ailments and throat burn. The throat burn came after 9-11. My gastro and primary health care MD said my health has to come first and to stop donating, to take care of me.

I told my friend about this old overweight (at least 20 years older & not in good shape) guy that had hit on me asking me to have his baby (not my idea of the father of my future babies) recently took a photo of me stalking me like he was a paparazzi and I was Britney Spears. It is of my back. That he "toyed" with the photo, posting it and where he controls comments. They comments can't be posted with out him wanting them up there and they are deeply homophobic, gay bashing although I happen to be straight, anti-Semitic and he posted comments stating I was pursuing this you woman that I was filming.. I went to the NYPD with my concerns and also who else I believe is involved. Bob appears to filled with all kinds of prejudice -- hate of all kinds -- he "puts pink on me". I will be meeting with lawyers showing them the photo by Bob Arihood and there is no pink except his racism called anti-semitism in this case and it is common knowledge in concentration camps gay people were forced to wear pink triangles. Note so far we have found two pages that with hate directed at me and the other page by an anonymous commentor resembles a mysterious email sent to me in response to an email I sent to the Villager re: Jim Mosaic Man falling. I gave the email to the NYPD immediately and when I filed an aggravated harassment complaint against Lincoln Anderson and The Villager because the harassing emails were all on The Villager email and I believe are connected to cyber stalking that also violates Googles term re: posting personal information. Anderson and Arihood have formed quite the brotherhood and how many people did Anderson discuss Arihood's departure from The Villager. There is more to this "hate club".
I have a letter published in The Science Section of The New York Times on death. None of us can escape death and I talk about death with dignity.

My friend was so sympathetic to me even though he is going through such a terrible crisis. We all have to lose our parents. We all face death but this is heart breaking and just like my Dad's Medical Doctors they screwed up. My Dad is not suing but how heart breaking.
It gives you perspective and shows you who courageous loving souls in contrast to cowardly cyber stalkers that are very specific people and to be hunted in a park secretly photographed by this guy -- the photo carefully shot as if he was a hunter -- a coward shooting me in the back from a far....
Some people are walking cancers.
My friend and I hugged. My friend said celebrities deal with this kind of stuff and have staff to help address this.
He is a rock and such a classy and dignified human being.
The city is going to hell and not just from economic problems but there are tremendously courageous good souls around.
I just watched an off duty NYPD working a 2nd job and I thought wow this guy has a family to support and has to work two jobs to support them. How brave and honorable is this guy? Very.

Go see Hurt Locker!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swfXiQv6_GI
I was with my friend Claudia and we bumped into an NYPD officer from the Bomb Squad in the West Village with his NYPD beautiful dog and I got to ask him some questions which was really exciting.
I forgot to mention the NYPD Bomb Squad and how much admiration I have for them.
Here is the NYPD YouTube on The Bomb Squad!
Woke up tired! Lots of excitement....
Gabby from Bed Stuy up for an Oscar for Precious terrific article about her dynamic Mom in The New York Post
http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/manhattan/precious_tones_u2TQa4D5DSv5XgRcPdPTmJ
One minute Gabby is in college here in NYC and now she is up for an Oscar and although a fictional story bringing attention to the worst kinds of abuse.
Again I always think of Marlene who I believe has suffered greatly and is now in prison, poor people's rehab and before she went to jail a man almost 70 years old so vain he dyes his hair and beard black (who does not want to be photographed) photographed her drunk out of her mind in Tompkins and posted on the world wide web. Lucky for us we will never see this grossly obese elderly man topless or Lincoln Anderson (assoc. editor for a little unread rag) another big fat white man and both racist who harassed me about defending Marlene. They even both accused us of extortion. These two "white men" would refer to her as her street name until I spoke up. All of the sudden she now has a first name. Anderson tried to justify her street name with Jim the Mosaic Man and Biker Bill but there street names add cache and hers does not. Sexism, racism and The Misogynist club is having another meeting soon and they even have a woman member! I was subject to an anti-Semitic, homophobic gay bashing attack and I believe it was for standing up for Marlene.
I had discussed the photo with Marlene and she said she did want it taken down. Apparently these sickos think Marlene, poverty level and homeless asking for money is extortion. How ironic because I am asked for money all the time by people and organizations here in NYC like the MET and PAL. I have bought Marlene dinner many times and even laundry detergent she asked me to buy for her. She let me photograph her so I felt it was the least I could do.
I took Marlene to dinner and bought her her favorite Chinese food. I spoke to her and advised her re: other activity regarding men taking advantage of her. She is a good soul and she needs help not men taking photos of her and posting them on the internet. She is 56 and getting, mostly homeless and prison is not home. She had told me before she went to jail she knew she needed rehab.
Gabby winning the Oscar would be a win for women oppressed or shut out from so many opportunities and venues so Gabby win!!!!!!

Note: Marlene is heavy and beautiful. Gabby is overweight and beautiful. NYC has the most beautiful women in the world and they come in all shapes and sizes. I can't say the same about men in NYC. Rubens painting voluptuous to down right fat women but you don't see any paintings of fat men as beautiful but I see fat men putting down women . I just am repulsed by gross soulless men that get off on weighing women and judging them when they are truly lacking inside and out. I went from 140 to 190 when I went to college so I know what it is like to be seriously overweight. I am proud to say I got back in shape and ran 2 NYC marathons with times I am proud of. After 9-11, rescue workers had big tummies and I thought they were handsome. Beauty comes from the inside.

Dear Plain Clothes NYPD from the 9th Precinct that gave Karen from Love Saves the Day a lesson in love HIGH ALERT!!! Playboy on display Grand Central
http://suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com/2010/01/karen-from-love-saves-day-gets-lesson.htmlp.s. Karen got yet another ticket this time from traffic and she is going to fight that one too.
The mayor is pushing hard core ticketing again squeezing the people struggling to survive for every penny and also as away to push out people from the City. Record numbers of people have been displaced, pushed out and more is to come thanks to Bloomberg and Albany.

I wrote them back -- the legal depts. of google and youtube about aggravated harassment and ideas I have for google to put in place to address cyber stalkers, cyber harassers re: YouTube and Blogger.
This was a very nice email and I appreciate the missive.
Is that a muppet? Hard to get a shot that doesn't have a fence from unwanted wasteful "improvements" forced on community by NYU & Mike Bloomberg gang
This was a sweet happy image but really how extra sickening considering the doomsday state of NY that unwanted wasteful spending was forced on Washington Square Park even up rooting trees.Help a park in a poor neighborhood but NYU is a powerful real estate magnate and they evil empire had it's way as usual at the expense of the community. The park looks like a prison.

NYU continuing to confuse Broadway & Lafayette w/ parking lot for trolleys and buses -- NYU owns so much property park fleet on it vs. congestion
Ahh, infrastructure, infrastructure -- note the sky piercing structures to your left and all the way downtown....welcome to Mike Bloomberg and socialite mega millionaire Amanda the people's Burden who thinks she is the personal city planner for NYU, Cooper Union, NY Law and all mega rich developer power broker friends.....who cares about infrastructure and the safety of the people of New York. Not any of the above.Tuesday, February 2, 2010
Gabourey Sidibe gets my vote for BEST ACTRESS!!!!!!!
I won't have time to see all the films unless the Academy sent the films Fed Ex to me asap but Gabourey Sidibe gets my vote. Not voting...if I did I would shake things up!
I am so sick of "brand" Meryl Streep winning awards and I am even sicker of her telling us all how rich she is. I know that is like me not praying at the altar of Derek Jeter and I don't. Thurmond Munson was my most favorite Yankee. He died flying home to see his family. His family was his priority and so was playing with all his heart and soul. He was not a pampered star type but a gutsy passionate man.
When the mega rich give a million to Haiti, I am wondering why they don't give more?
So many celebrities endorsed Mike Bloomberg but none of them declare NYC as their home. They prefer Florida or anywhere else because NY is so poorly run and so corrupt, NY taxes you to death and the mega rich won't pay those taxes which fall on the back of the middle, low and poor who continue to leave in droves. Isn't it sickening that celebrities endorsed Mike but they could not vote for him because they won't declare NYC as their primary residence and that want to urge us to vote for their billionaire friend. Yeah, Mike looks out for the very rich including celebrities interests so of course they urge us to vote for Mike.
I want Gabourey Sidibe to win because to play this role she had to be so courageous and bless her soul! I think of Marlene who is now in jail and clearly has suffered a lot. For Marlene being poor and black, prison is her rehab and creeps accused her of extortion. She has nothing. Poor people ask for money, so does the Met Musuem and Pal but a racist that photographs her constantly and took a photo of her topless when she was drunk calls her asking for money extortion. She is poverty level and for now prison is her home.
For Gabourey to win would some how be a win for so many women that have suffered, been exploited in the worst ways.
Gabourey miraculously reached for the Heavens and landed back on Earth with star dust and maybe an Oscar. I want her to win this Oscar! This film has jump started her career.
Gabourey is stunningly beautiful. Her soul comes through. I love her smile. I love it that she isn't a starved Hollywood star but a real person. I am so sick of the most "imperfect of men" and that is a nice term weighing and judging women. They obviously don't look in the mirror. NYC is filled with women of every size, shape and color and they are beautiful. I can't say the same for the men.
I would be happy if the director of Precious wins or Hurt Locker. I would love a woman to win or an African American director telling a woman's story and knowing the director doesn't have the reputation from hell in terms of his track record sex-ploiting women which so many men in power in Hollywood have including Clint Eastwood who has a very, very bad reputation. I am waiting for someone to do a film about Sandra Locke. Her lawsuit against Clint Eastwood made history in the law books!
I am sick of mega budget films with over the top special effects that are directing the viewer's emotions. That is why I loved Jeff Bridges performance...so quiet and understated...open to interpretation and compassion. I want Bridges to win the Oscar!
I loved the audio book Blind Side and Michal Oher's story. I think the young man that played Michael was exceptional and he to was on the verge of eviction here in NYC so it was a miracle for him as well but Blind Side was "Disney" like a cartoon and is not Oscar material. Sandra Bullock was great but this is Gabourey Sidibe's Oscar.
I don't believe in celebrity worship.
I admire front line people that make a difference with people, animals, nature, the planet and beyond.

Jerry, Suzannah and Peter of Whole Earth Bakery still hanging on by thread and prayer

Photo by the talented photographer George Duncan
George is a vegan and we asked him to use my IPhone to capture a group hug. Thanks George!
Honoring Mother Earth since 1978. His 94 year old Mom, Filomena died knowing we won a mini-miracle and that her business started with her son was not thrown out on the street but the vegan bakery still hangs on by a thread and prayer so spread the word! Come support this oasis of health food.
Go to YouTube to see my series or type Whole Earth in this blog's search engine.
Note: Started speaking with lawyers about the gay bashing and the "pink" reference which directly relates to the anti-Semitism, concentration camp - Nazi reference, homophobia and gay bashing I have been a victim of. I am not gay but either where the two brothers walking arm and arm that were beaten, one to death. After having to talk about being gay bashed and than be able to walk in to Whole Earth Bakery and get big hugs, love and a large health drink made by Peter is the best of NYC.
Also, I was part of a group of NYers today that helped a senior citizen woman who is very fragile. It was a diverse group effort and we made the difference. It was so powerful to be amongst good people after having to tell lawyers about the hate, systematic cyber stalking, stalking in contrast to participating in being part of the best of New York, a beautiful mosaic of diverse truly beautifu people was a good feeling.
Shark Park,,,is parks dept doing rennovations for something new and exciting? To your right a big shark

Yes, I got confirmation on what I call "Shark Park" is being cared for and perhaps made over by the Parks Dept. I will have more on this later. I took pictures of trees they have transported there but Shark Park my term is my focus today.
As much as there are many kinds of "deaths" on the Lower East Side the trees being planted are beautiful and represent hope and green in the best way possible.
