I'm suffering incredible exhaustion really really tired but all the spiritual work I am doing taking online classes listening to lectures is really helping me to not crumble to feel stronger but it doesn't help me to get sleep it doesn't help me yet with the chronic trauma loop which cannot be broken it's got to be healed!

How can I heal it when the NYPD the city of New York even the state of New York is not taking action and my worst fear is there going to give creepy MDs like the one that doesn't even understand Hippocratic oath in my case even more license more Teflon to do wrong because doctors retire doctors are being asked to help how scary that we don't have the ethics the decency the application of the law equally and fairly in the state and city of New York when it comes to medical doctors there employees and the NYPD etc
