I wake up exhausted from very little sleep so chronic although yesterday was a big improvement from the night before or I may have gotten three hours at most my eyes are dry I'm gonna go put eyedrops but after my journal entry and doing certain little things around the home that need to get done I got back in bed and did transcendental meditation.

I started my transcendental meditation after a few minutes I said I feel contracted I don't wanna feel this way I'm safe so I rolled onto my back finished my TM and went into the deepest sleep which I needed so desperately I could cry.

I was sent an email a bunch of years ago accusing the doctor in my case of assaulting a woman who is mentally ill and the header of the email says that this doctor never learns and then he came in and committed perjury was openly mocking very similar to the NYPD police commissioner Shea when he saw me protesting about my case and that rapes her under reported that the NYPD is preventing us from reporting sexual assaults he was very abusive and mocking it was a big joke to him....
