Preet Bharara Won't Touch Goldman Sachs NYPD FDNY HIP like 911 tech corruption ask Ray Kelly and Bratton why

Cy Vance  did fixing in favors for the NYPD when he came to top brass getting lavish gifts, graft from contractors who are grossly over billing stealing a 911 how's that for patriotism not only with a contractor stealing they were delivering late delivering crap and that was just fine with Ray Kelly  wanted to be head of Homeland security and Bratton has signaled that he's going to get in advisor job  and Homeland security if Hillary Clinton is elected  although Hillary is lost voters for bailing out Bratton  he's for sale like a cheap piece of candy he is so corrupt he and Kelly  fixing in favors for the rich  have retired NYPD on the payroll to pick up the phone and call the priest things with the really rich they just call the police commissioner directly.  


To understand 911 tech corruption you have to look at the New York pension funds starting with Helwett Packard and the lobbyists hmmmmm do  I think top banks a good fixing in favors from the NYPD Internal Affairs like Cy Vance involved...?  

Maybe if the NYPD and Internal Affairs weren't so busy  breaking laws in violating the Constitution spyimg and harassing on critics and top NYPD taking graft receiving  lavish gifts maybe then they would've caught terrorists.  Ask Goldman Sachs  they have a special relationship with the NYPD.

    Given the fact that NYPD/FDNY retirees been trying to get our Albany "representatives" to investigate our health insurance fund HIP being rip-off for $350 million with the help of Goldman Sachs without success, I doubt if U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara will clean up New York's culture of political corruption unless Goldman Sachs and Wall Street's "Culture of Corruption" is cleaned up too.

       insurance company named ConnectiCare.

2.    They then drain the cash from ConnectiCare by paying themselves a cash  

        dividend of $63 million leaving ConnectiCare with a Negative Net Worth of -

        $5.5 Million. 

3.     After draining ConnectiCare of all its cash, the Wall Street "crony" capitalists 

         "flip" the now insolvent health insurance HMO to New York City's Health  

         Insurance Plan (HIP) for $350 million. 

4.    Although former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg complains that the promise  

       of $20 million in stock options to HIP's CEO, Anthony Watson, violates  

       New York State Insurance Law, New York's corrupt "political establishment" 

       does nothing about this "looting" of  NYC employees health insurance funds.

5.    Taxpayers can help support the NYPD/FDNY Retirees "War on Corruption"
