Scott Stringer also prevented us from getting protective zoning for St Vincent's Hospital's property because like everyone for sale he is in bed with the Rudin Family so he pushed the Rudin Blood condos along with 49 city council members.   The only 2 city council members that did not go along with it were Charles Barron and Tony Avella.
