 I even witnessed a retired NYPD commander trying to fix it ticket right in front of me I'm Gruden's payroll as I protested Rudin making St. Vincent's hospital until luxury condos and how that came to be with pure corruption fixing in favors city Council Manhattan Borough President media killing the story and I reported to Ray Kelly and the local precinct commander who is now retired DI Brandon del Pozo  about the rest tired commander trying to fix it ticket in front of me I believe he was once a commander for the six precinct and I know for a fact del Pozo  was the captain and internal affairs and Adrian Schoolcraft felt betrayed by him.  Ray Kelly and Campisi knew I caught a retired NYPD commander on Rudin's payroll  attempting to fix a parking ticket right in front of me and they knew I was blowing the whistle on a lot more including chief chuck Dowd and top contractors ray Kelly and Dowd wanted protected  who were overbilling starting with 911.   These contractors overbilled, delivered late and delivered crap.   Overbilling marking up six 100 percent is a crime and fare beaters are dealt with far more harshly so check my motion to not dismiss my case New York State Supreme Court that page six  see if federal letter word Charles Campisi and Ray Kelly  City want to be on record defending the detective who course me and therefore there on record defending pileup of crimes from the doctors office to the NYPD to internal affairs.  Bratton and Reznick,  to Chiefs of department two heads of internal affairs as guilty they did nothing but cover up the crimes inside IAB NYPD etc.

Preet  The group of cops you're working with internal fairs at you kid yourself are cooperative asked them about my case because the NYPD are guilty and committed crimes in my case along with NYPD officers asked him about Adrian Schoolcraft case  and every NYPD officer that secretly audio tape the NYPD and ended up having to sue the department for retaliation similar to retaliation that I endured  sept I have proof the NYPD committed crimes of internal affairs  protected them there for their party to the crimes of course, wine and police reports protecting witness tampering and threatening me as well as lying to me and in reports.  

Did Bill Bratton mean collaborate with NYPD corruption fixing in favor so he could get a percentage of the kickbacks? Ray Kelly sure cleaned up.  

Hilarious if it was not tragic Preet Bharara thinks internal affairs was cooperative.   Internal affairs is 100% corrupt and always has been.   Ray Kelly just put more money into internal affairs  just put more money in to internal affairs fixing favors and corrupt - bratton put more money into his friends pockets openly and blatantly.
