Filing a new lawsuit against the NYPD this coming week and Delita Hooks name is on almost every page just like the Federal lawsuit and the appellate where Delita Hooks was even in the oral argument which I posted on YouTube her violence lies and her false cross complaint as well as of course the NYPD's role coercion lies lying in police reports threats.
This new lawsuit has 13 claims against the NYPD a lot more claims than the Federal and the corp counsel lawyer for the City of New York in the Federal did not understand she gave me 3 police reports by Public Member marks that prove the detectives and their supervisors lied and also omitted powerful evidence including DELITA HOOKS THREAT TO CAUSE ME PHYSICAL HARM -- 3 REPORTS SUBMITTED BY THE DEFENSE ATTORNEY BY MARKS STATE THE PERP DELITA HOOKS THREATENED TO SLAP THE CRAP OUT OF ME -- THE VIDEO EVIDENCE PROVING IT AND THE THREAT HAS BEEN OMITTED SO THE NYPD COULD DOWN GRADE THE CRIME COMMIT THEIR OWN CRIMES INCLUDING COERCION AND LYING IN POLICE REPORTS TO THAN LIE AND SAY THERE WAS NO CRIME WHICHI THEIR LAWYER ALSO STATED TO ME DESPITE THE VIDEO AND MEDICAL REPORTS.

Delita Hooks aka Delight and Dee continues to lie about me and her horrific violence -- she lied in police reports, submitted medical reports to the NYPD which were fabricated and she signed a letter I am guessing Joe Tacopina drafted also a serious crime threatening me yet again warning me to come forward or she would file yet another false cross complaint against me.
Delita Hooks Dr Andrew Fagelman's attack receptionist violent liar got sued see lawsuit just didn't serve her read why but her employer and jane does jone does did get sued and served by my lawyer -- Delita Hooks started an argument with me another MD's patient, violated my patient rights repeatedly from behind a long closed off desk, came out to menace me provoking me to get help and when I could not get help so shocked by her giving me the finger she provoked me to film -- she or her pals even patients attacked me as well the first AJOHN on YouTube Oct 4 3 days after the assault provoking me to start by posting the YouTube since apparently they decided to lie as a group and the attacks and lies continue over 3 years now with yet another patient lying about me and he wrote me when I confronted him via his YouTube account and said they told him "THEIR" side of the story -- he removed the lying dishonest attack from Google but it reminded me that the office it appears started the attacks online and that makes it over 3 years since his review was new so I must hand out Justice Cards and continue to blog etc because Delita Hooks and those at the office continue to lie

Delita Hooks Got Sued for Assault Battery Libel Slander for 1 Million Dollars but I didn't serve based on threats from her and NYPD with Internal Affairs Knowledge

Delita Hooks repeatedly violated my patient rights, than she repeatedly violated my body - Google Dr Fagelman assault and watch the beginning of an attack that continued as she pursued me down the hall way. Some how she was allowed to break even more laws filing a false cross complaint as well as signing a letter that sounds like Joe Tacopina ghost wrote similar to the "confrontative cunt" threat via YouTube I also believed to be him and she signed the letter threatening me yet again warning me like the cunt comment to not take further action or she would file another false cross complaint against me. This letter was read to me by IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell who I am suing and she will be served in a 2nd lawsuit involving this matter.
Delita Hooks made a hole in my retina and also by continuing to pull my hair and attempt to yank me to her as she tried repeatedly with her barefoot to kick my vaginal area and when she couldn't she went to touch my vaginal area.
