If you are poor and Black or an activist like in NYC expect to be a victim of NYPD abuse, corruption and even CRIME like coercion in my case but dirty cops like NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd who's dad is NYPD royalty can get away with everything but murder and so far he has gotten away with fixing crimes (I am a victim of NYPD fixing crime and COERCION) and taking gifts and instead of arrests he has Richard Mirgon supporting Dowd when Dowd in my opinion should be arrested.
Even Ted Bundy had his fans so despite the fact KKK Ray Kelly appointed a corrupt cop Chief Chuck Dowd to the head of Tech with no Tech experience -- Dowd' has his supporters.
FirstNet is involved in it's own scandals and now that I know the news about Richard Mirgon and others supporting Dowd I will release a clip of audio of Internal Affairs refusing to investigate and take action against NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd re: allegations that he may have taken gifts or received compensation for being on the board of FirstNet either from FirstNet, contractors like Verizon on 911 Tech NYC Gov mega scandal who were caught giving the corrupt NYPD Chief Dowd gifts, as well as lobbyists, and possible consultants including like Gartner who over billed NYC gov on 911 as well as other tech contracts in my opinion and some retired NYPD with connections to Dowd?
I tried to hand Chief Chuck Dowd my testimony at City Hall when he would not stay for Civilian Testimony despite the fact FDNY Chief's took my testimony the corrupt cop that caught fixing crime stats refused me. I called for a criminal investigation and of course Ray Kelly who took free rides on Air Bloomberg when wasn't allowed to take free cup of coffee did not want a criminal investigation in to 911. It looks bad that the NYPD Chief of Tech was taking gifts.
