As far as campaign abuses you know our charge thatSikora and his campaign consultant Berlin Rosen are illegally using using the Mayor's One NY PAC money to help Sikora negatives from the closed hospital. This is the same abuse that the Advance Group did with the two city council campaigns that were fined. We also talk to a reporter who said that lobbyists George Arzt was calling around Jo Anne Simon. But yet he does not appear on Simon's contributor list. He is deeply involved in Simon district. Arzt works for Brooklyn Boss Seddio who Supports Simon. Seddio's partner Frank Carone, the lawyer who SUNY and Carl McCall in the closing of LICH Hospital for condos. The Simon Team, Seddio and Carone, have also wormed their way into the condos in the park legal case. Arzt also did a news conference to oppose the building in the park after affordable housing was included. Over One hundred journalist have opened up Biviano's press release about the One New York PAC yet not one has written about it. Is it a cover up? The two local papers in the district Brooklyn Paper and Brooklyn Daily Eagle have not wrote a single story about the campaign. Is a demonstration of the power of lobbyists over the local news media? I hope Biviano is not the kind of reformer who thinks he's exempt from the sane disclosures he demands from his opponents. He owes the public an explanation of his own filings.
