My federal lawsuit was filed July 22 last year and the corrupt cops in my lawsuit -- their lawyer and I debated the fact the IAB investigation was open.  I had Bill de Blasio public Advocate paper work his rep called IAB and I told the honorable Judge we were lied to -- that IAB links all my complaints to the Det Vergona and that IAB fixed it and also sent it to Lt Agnes who refused to interview me let alone return my calls.

(The New York Police Department internal affairs sure are not shy about boldfaced lies and in your face corruption... Including cooking the book fixing crime.  My case is like NYPD Ramos but I have caught IAB fixing not the Feds. In Ramos case IAB got caught tipping off the PBA.)

I have the Public Advocate paper work so I have even more evidence I was continuely lied to and the fix was in from

dr Andrew Fagelman's office with the NYPD and IAB fixed it for all involved. 

Bill Bratton Chief Reznick 's IAB as corrupt no changes what so ever. 

NYPD refused to meet me the victim. Lied in paper work.  Supervisors refused to meet me. Would not take my calls. 

IAB never met with me and still have not to investigate my allegations. 

Two police commissioners two heads of internal affairs both covering up police crime including internal affairs "criminal behavior I am alleging.

Bill Bratton's collaborative policing sounds more like a Nazi program but it's a failure as even more people don't trust the police. 

If IAB felt something was wrong why didn't they arrest Delita Hooks for a false cross complaint, for signing a letter to her NYPD pals threatening me with yet another false cross complaint, didn't IAB notice Det Vergona refused to meet me repeatedly, lied in his DD5s so did Lt Burgos - at least the ones I have from his lawyer ditto Vergona...

Why did IAB never meet with me to interview me on the undeniable fact I was coerced.  Why else would I drop charges.

I want to upgrade to assault second degree but so far the NYPD keep making excuses why I can't -- the newest because I am suing.  I was a patient the medical offices in Soho.

The NYPD prevented me from reporting an alleged HATE crime by the detective that was supposed to investigate my case Det John Vergona pre- lawsuit, also they prevented me from reporting the false cross-complaint - I have audio proof which contradicts what the New York Police Department's lawyer stated to me on the phone attempting to defend her client Sgt Chen.  I have audio of IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell stating case closed.  FYI the case is open.  I have NYPD documents that prove Det Vergona and Lt Burgos lied about me.  Lt Burgos never even contacted me refuse to answer emails asking for batch number.

Lt Agnes never contacted me.  Reported my allegations unfounded and he is from "the integrity bureau.
