 Based on legal document below it appears the ethically challenged lawyer slept with a client's wife and got away (u think a first and last for him?) with it but how many innocent people hurt doing so?

You all know I allege Joe Tacopina could be that "cunt calling lawyer" on the Dr Fagelman office violence YouTube that threatened me and warned me not to come forward taking any legal action re: me being savagely at the doctors.   Is Joe and/or his group capable of that?  Did Joe learn the behavior at the Brooklyn DA's office if in fact it was Joe or someone associated with him? 

Joe Tacopina greatly harmed and humiliated a man that hired him to represent him.  Apparently more than one????  Joe inflicted great suffering and pain on a client because he couldn't keep his penis in his pants?   

I get anonymous comments trashing Tacopina's foul breath and equipment.  Maybe the comment was referring to a little old fax machine?  

Bernie Kerrik did not hurt Joe Tacopina's family.  Joe Tacopina hurt his family.   I am sent allegations that Tacopina had/has a history of being unfaithful?   I think he's disgusting and I don't care who he has sex with I don't want to see porn  parody like Tiger Woods.  Most people don't know Tacopina or care is my guess.

I am waiting for the NYDN to file their motion in response to what in my opinion is Joe Tacopina, a desperate man's act to threaten and intimidate the media in to silence and I want to qualify that is my opinion and I have been given the Tacopina Seigel Rape Treatment and I threatened to counter-sue and sent Joe Tacopina a list of who I would call and I never heard from Tacpoina Seigel again.   Joe Tacopina is a bully and in my opinion addicted to threatening People and trying to intimidate them into silence!
