Shareholders are still Fighting for the court to stirke and vacate its SAIC dismissal on "knowing" about CityTime. Under reported by media Robbins Geller sued NYC gov and won the release of CityTime documents from the City of New York.

According to "others" SAIC did know, should have know or likely did know CityTime would cause a drop in stock price. Walt Havenstein was at the helm.

Havenstein became the CEO in fall 2009, and in summer 2010 hired a new general counselor and requested an internal investigation. Because SAIC is a private company, meeting minutes for its board of directors are not readily available online to verify this."

Deb Alderson did you sign the CityTime contracts with NYC Gov because I was tipped off Gerald Denault did not sign them via an anonymous comment on YouTube. If so explain your golden parachute instead of prison pjs? Deb Alderson like Rose Gill Hearn than head of NYC Gov Dept of Investigation are now thismuchcloser to the FBI rather than being arrested by Feds. I allege Rose Gill Hearn turned away whistle blowers on CityTime and 911.
