One Police Plaza’s hate crime unit Det Sanchez said go anywhere but the First Precinct to report the alleged anti-Semitic hate crime by Det John Vergona against me.
I did and was turned away by the 09 Precinct. The First Precinct had coerced and threatened me when I tried to report I was attacked at the Doctor’s office by his receptionist office manager
The attack was far worse than the horrific kick the cat video but Delita Hooks was not fired or arrested. Considering she was not fired — very strange indeed the NYPD sure did Dr Andrew Fagelman of 155 Spring Street a favor not arresting Delita Hooks.
I have permanent damage to my retina and my neck. I would like my attacker arrested for assault and a false cross complaint as well as the NYPD involved in coercion starting with Det John Vergona who yelled at me I was going to drop the charges or he would arrest me.
I made it clear I would sue him for false arrest and he decided I would have to wait 4 days until Saturday to be arrested.
No one in the police department was interested in false arresting me Tues, Wed, Thursday or Friday day but only Saturday.
No NYPD had met with me just my attacker. Det Vergona repeatedly discriminated against me including REFUSING meeting me and blatantly lying in police reports which I now have copies of.
I asked him ARREST THE JEW ON THE SABBATH? ARE YOU ANTI-SEMITIC? NO ANSWER. WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT 4 DAYS TO BE False arrested for being attacked at the doctor’s where I was a patient?
