I don't know the gender of the anonymous moderator so I wrote a response below but just like this, I'm dictating it so what I sent him or her have a lot of weird typos so I'm going to forward them this minus typos from me dictating to my iPhone because my eyesight messed up from being attacked I'm exhausted from being a victim of NYPD abuse and internal affairs abuse of suing in federal court the City, the police department, Internal Affairs violating my rights and my father dying and now my mother trying to care for her so if need be I will sue. Win or lose serving people who deserve getting served and having a Federal record of the lawsuit is a good feeling. Winning better. So moderator will have that on his or hers resume... and than I will learn his or her name

If not I am busy caring for my Mom who became incapacitated and I have helped her with basic needs like getting to the toilet without falling and just made sure she got sub-acute rehabilitation that will give us time to move her to assisted living.
The upset you inflicted on me caused me to miss a call from her neurologist who telephone on a number I did not recognize.
I do not want to to sue the Wall Street Journal gave me a great honor publishing my letter Betrayal at Ground Zero but I will because I did not violate any community guidelines by speaking from my own personal experience that I believe is pertinent for all New Yorkers and everybody in New York who has been a victim of police abuses so if need be I will go to court and we can let a judge decide whether you've discriminated against me.
I am happy to show any judge many comments on the Wall Street Journal website that are violating community guidelines starting with first they are not using their real names that alone I'm going to show them as well as many comments that I believe are thoughtless I believe my comments have a lot of thought and a lot of passion just like the letter that was published by the Wall Street Journal that started out talking about my personal feelings my personal issues and I have that right when making comments. My personal frame of reference is valid and I believe it speaks to a world community that is that has concerns about abuses of power whether it's the police department or the political figure and so I believe I have been within my rights and within the community and I've been a long-term member of this community the Wall Street Journal community so I disagree that I've violated anything and I'm asking that I be given back my position that I was wrongly punished and if not then after I take care of my mother I will be filing a lawsuit against you and any supervisor that allows this to go on I'm going to file a lawsuit I promise you and less this is rectified thank you.

I spoke to the intermediary CEO's office and they are looking into it but here is an FYI if you don't right this wrong I will tell the Judge in a lawsuit that The WSJ commenting section is like a public space open to all but I am being exclude due to discrimination and bias and this is the 2nd case by the WSJ so there is a pattern here.
I can show the Judge countless examples of violation of guidelines but the reason given for me to be suspended is not valid and I will show the Judge my letter published in the WSJ that starts with my personal experience and I am allowed to use that in speaking up, expressing my thoughts on behalf of how many New Yorkers that feel they way I do...plenty.
I promise you I am not shy about filing a lawsuit. I will show the Judge every effort I made to not do so via phone calls, emails and even a YouTube I posted.
If the moderator stands behind his or hers actions my I know the moderators names. Either way I continue to ask for the moderator's name to post on my blog and name in a lawsuit I will file if this suspension is not lifted.
I have posted comments for years and never had a problem until I will tell the Judge I was recently discriminated by the WSJ and Neil Lipshlutz rectified that abuse of power, discrimination and bias.
