Sure Det Pisano will give us answers eventually about Jay Otto but for me the NYPD in my case as guilty as my attacker aiding and abetting my attacker I dubbed the Jodi Arias of medical reception desks because the NYPD helped her get away with everything but murder and she can be very charming I hear.
