Mayor de Blasio It Would Sadden me to Name you in a future lawsuit along with NYPD and IAB re Dr Fagelman Delita Hooks Savage Assault False Cross Complaint NYPD Coercion IAB No Arrests
I am coming to terms with the fact I have permanent damage to my eye and neck but I can't come to terms with the Dr Andrew FAgelman not firing Delita Hooks let alone allowing someone so volatile at the front desk and the NYPD and IAB's role. The damage done by all parties in my opinion at this date is irreparable and I regret only asking for $50,000 against the NYPD and IAB as I now come to learn more about the damage. The NYPD continuing to turn me away preventing me from upgrading assault charges to 2nd degree and the NYPD and IAB not taking action against Delita Hooks for her false cross complaint and the NYPD involved in coercion is also greatly upsetting. My Father a Decorated WW2 Veteran and famous Economics Professor has now died and my Mom is in a grave health situation at the hospital unable to return home so the City of NY's unwillingness to take action along with the NYPD and IAB are causing me even greater suffering as I continue to demand Justice.
Below is a 150 word complaint to NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton:
Any NYPD IAB named in my lawsuit as well as those who's names have been withheld pension pad or in midst of doing so? FBI IAB investigate?. Lawyers say NYPD using my lawsuit as an excuse NYPD can allow me to upgrade charges to 2nd degree. No one can understand y Dr Fagelman did not fire Delita Hooks & y NYPD did not arrest her for assault false cross complaint. Wrote Eric Holder FBI take action. I have called the public advocate.
Bill de Blasio Public Advocate responded to me but you have not.
I helped to get you elected and it would sadden me to name you as part of a lawsuit re: the City discriminating against me.
I would like to hear back from you and therefore to know that you are aware of my case and like Mr. De Blasio’s Public Advocate checked in with IAB than I could remove you from a future possible lawsuit against the City NYPD and IAB but if you ignore me the 150 message to the Mr. Bratton and this email will be part of my next lawsuit as my 14th amendment rights continue to be violated.

Dear FBI — You are aware of my case — please forward to senior FBI agent I spoke to that is familiar with IAB.
I also find it unacceptable that the new head of IAB Mr. Reznick is named in a lawsuit where NYPD testified Mr. Reznick called an NYPD whistle blower a rat.

I want to upgrade to assault second degree but so far the NYPD keep making excuses why I can't -- the newest because I am suing. I was a patient the medical offices in Soho.
Look at lawsuit below and see I don't havs badge numbers and I requested the badge numbers of those who's names I did have from Commissioner Ray Kelly deputy inspector Winski Chief Esposito and Lt Angela Burco's and none would answer me.
I called the detective squad and detectives would say we don't have Vergona and Chen 'a badge number. I did not know Delita Hooks detectives because they never contacted me.
Mike Bloomberg, Ray Kelly, Chief Campisi --- Mike Bloomberg says People have a right to walk down the street and not be mugged or killed, how about medical care at Dr Andrew Fagemlan's where Delita Hooks savage attack left me with a hole in my retina, cervical damage and relief she didn't kill me but the NYPD and Internal Affairs helped her and the NYPD that fixed this violent crime including Det John COERCING me in to dropping charges also a crime get away with everything but murder.
