I really believe Preet in my opinion delayed the trial or should I say picked a date after the primary --  believing Christine Quinn who he protected along with Bloomberg from prosecution on slush abuse aka tax payer money abuse -- would have won the primary and be on her way as mayor.

Preet's Teflon list protests nyc gov officials note no arrests and top SAIC official like Cy's Teflon list Haggerty Trial and besides breaking campaign laws Mike a sitting mayor committed perjury. 

Denault's lawyer Bohrer can call Christine Quinn and Rose Gill Hearn and play their NY1 interviews.  

They in my opinion both caught in full frontal lies.  This would also proof Preet never did his job.  If he did he would have separated himself from Gill Hearn and gone after them, Bloomberg, mark page, bill Thompson and defense lawyers should call team Bloomberg as well as those I name.  They owe it to The People of NY. 

Preet took a lot of time and refused to go back in Time.  

It can be proved Rose a liar like all of them call Rudy and all his deputy mayors turned lobbyists and Liz Holtzman.  Ask DOITT heads lobbyists for TechnoDyne and NG on 911 and Liz H and George Arzt about lobbying for HP 911 tech corruption in my opinion like SAIC stealing from the get go.  There was no Denault when SAIC began stealing and Rose knows CityTime destined for dumpster.  CityTime a lemon from the get go no future in lemonade.  

Rudy and Mike wanted entre The White House and let contractors blatantly over bill us.  Bloomberg took it to the extreme and lobbyist many collecting ny pension and tech advisors like in my opinion an NYPD officer that got the same nypd Det squad that fixed me being violently assaulted did creative policing for a retired NYPD officer profiting on 911 tech mess "advising" us.

The momzers on trial would not be here if Bloomberg did not reward a culture of failure and revolving door of corruption and this applies to most all tech contracts board of election, 911, 311 etc they can bill tax payers deliver crap or worse than crap like BOE 95 million dollars of nothing.

Denault's lawyer needs to call all of this crooks and Fraudsters starting with Rudy, Mike, Quinn. Quinn lied on ny1 said she was on top of CityTime.  Only crooks were on top of CityTime from day 1.  Rudy threw out AutoTime created by city workers and run by city workers that could have been expanded but he wanted top contractors like SAIC = entre The White House who like the USPS makes sure SAIC don't go out of business when they should.

Preet Cy betrayed Justice CityTime 911 etc.  take of two cities and I a victim of a violent savage attack agree to go to jail twice with a hole in my retina and cervical damage because a corrupt detective told me if I didn't drop charges he was going to use my attackers false cross complaint to put in jail but I would have to wait 4 days until the weekend -- he didn't want a judge to get the false arrest and throw out the car to put the Jew in jail for the weekend punish her an innocent person and by Friday vision way worse neck too decided a weekend in jail not worth it and let corrupt Det squad that dud something similar but worse to 911 whistle blower succeed except now they have all been served and I am suing including for violating my rights retaliation for being a whistle blower, discrimination, NYPD preventing me from reporting a crime and IAB refusing to investigate crime coercion as well as not alerting 01 to arrest Delita Hooks and IAB not contacting Manhattan DA with Delita Hooks crimes and NYPD crimes including coercion and all involved witness tampering.
