CityTime Contractor Spherion gave lowest bid to Dept of Ed just like SAIC did to the MTA -- cozy wonderful!
Folks - you are missing a huge story re: MTA SAIC -- how they thumbed their nose up at DiNapoli when he killed the deal and they said tough and went ahead but yesterday the MTA was forced to drop SAIC despite SAIC being pushed on NYC tax payers like heroin.
SAIC under bid competitor just like Spherion in the article expose below. The MTA said we are going with SAIC because they gave us the lowest bid....hilarious!
yesterday the MTA was forced to drop SAIC and no one wants to investigate this story -- it is dirty and ugly -- you would have to research lobbyists
starting with Peter Powers.... (Maybe Peter Powers or even Mike Bloomberg, Patricia Harris, Mark Page and so many others in the upper hierarchy of NYC gov including a past member Rudy can't explain why we the people of NYC the tax payers were being forced fed SAIC.)
than I went to NYC gov lobbyists and clicked on Sal Salmone and found he and Powers lobbyists separate lobbyists for same company begins with an E.
just so cozy and dirty but it involves big dogs kind of like Mike Bloomberg breaking campaign laws... but I was sent emails by someone implying perhaps Cy Vance broke campaign laws....ho hum (it involved a debt. he owed Mark Guma and there were more indepth thoughts on this posted on NYDN website by commentor.)
Below it is Spherion. For those who don't know -- Greg Mocker exposed over runs MTA SAIC go to NYC Gov....why? SAIC over rides CityTime almost 700 million dollars....
MTA SONNET robbery literally also like CityTime, NYC Gov tech 911 over a billion dollars still is not working right...
Mike's techno dreams and also the MTA's the tax payers nightmares...
