Another Paterson aid resigns but Paterson can't find the integrity to resign

The accidental governor is the only one who won't leave and he needs to leave. He should never had his staff make contact with the victim of spousal abuse who happen to be his personal friend and top aid and also call her himself. The fact that leaders are not calling for him to step down shows that abuse and intimidation of women is still common place and accepted and it should not be so. One sign of hope was the defeat of Monserrate and the fact voters shouted him down with the words "Women's rights!" but not enough people feel this way or Paterson would be out there door. If he had an ounce of integrity he would resign.

My response to this article...Paterson is the only one who will not leave. He hired two friends, made them aids and both a history of spousal abuse. Paterson's friends track records were red lights. Paterson should never had made contact with the victim and have his staff call her either. He has zero integrity and there needs to be a strong message sent starting with the gov that spousal abuse and intimidation is not acceptable but sadly it is clearly acceptable because he is still here. He needs to admit it was wrong to have his staff call her and even worse that he called. He is used to making things go away and having them swept under the rug. In the mean time we have a mega huge budget crisis that tax payers will be paying off for years and even more people will be forced out of NY in droves.
