Wow -- I have the cortisol belly roll, too much fat, too much carbs belly roll too much stress....had a bad dream this morning....lobby of my ex-home of 20 years....When I was in the worst state I don't want to revisit I could not eat and was a good 10 pounds thinner than I am now. At least I am not obese like too many Americans and the sad fact is obese people are starving from lack of nutrition. Obesity is a killer and so is stress...both take years off your life expectancy.
