We hear on the street a certain fellow stated he would overbill until he lost the contract which took way too long to happen and then he was able to come right back to New York City government and 911 with a different company and get a contract but for a lot less millions of dollars so there is some good news here?

Innocent until proven guilty...  Simple math billion dollars over budget on 911 = we were robbed!  It wasn't just one person,  it was open season under Mayor Mike Bloomberg a supposed  tech wiz great businessman.   It was most of the tech contracts and 911, I believe is the biggest corruption of them all.  I wonder if 311 is second place and CityTime 3rd in a sea of taxpayer Titanic's.  


(Board of elections is another tech disaster, NYCAPS only over budget 277 million dollars at least, FDNY Wireless, etc.     Even mayor Bloomberg's favorite non-profit Seedco was stealing.  Under Mike Bloomberg NYC Gov rewarded a culture of corruption and a revolving door of corruption.  


Go try and steal the hundred dollars down the street and you will get arrested but when it comes to New York City government and City Hall you can pretty much do as you please.   Reminder I agree to be false arrested twice for being the victim of the most savage attack ever seen in our country at a medical office by a receptionist office manager Delita Hooks who was not fired or arrested!  Orwellian: The Teflon Guilty alive and well and getting away with everything but murder!  The guilty folks involves having tried murder yet so who knows maybe they can get away with that.  


CityTime crime not 1 arrest of a NYC gov employee and 911 it has been years and no criminal investigation despite John Liu sending Cy Vance a request May 31, 2012.   I was told anonymously Preet Bharara was contacted as well by a whistle blower.  



Whistleblowers were turned away by Rose Gill Hearn, head by dept of investigation on CityTime and 911 only to be proven correct.  




Remember I told you my exclusive that Dept investigation yet again has been contacted the same information from 2008 but this time anonymously so the big question is is Mark Peters going to cover up the way Rose Gill Hearn did in my opinion.  Oh yeah my blogs are my opinion.  


I'm amazed the feds have not come in and raided mayor Bloomberg, Rose Gill Hearn DOI files and DOITT files.
