It's been two weeks since Joe Tacopina dropped his friviliois lawsuit against the NYDN and not one media outlet has reported this.
I'm surprised the New York Post hasn't picked it up but eventually someone has to report it because the lawsuit against Tacopina by Kerik and Tacopina's countersuit against Kerik still stands. So at some point someone's can have to say hey Tacopina lamented the lawsuit and he dropped the New York daily news but not one mainstream media outlet has done that.
Tacopina was and is a big loudmouth media whore addict who suddenly is very quiet and not one newspaper has reported he dropped his lawsuit.
Maybe an Italian newspaper will?
When Joe Tacopina can't get his media fix from United States then he flies to Italy hoping that the media there will kiss his ass.
There was a time when the media had courage there were whistleblowers that helped to make this country great but now we know we've been sold out because the editors will do anything to silence the few good reporters there are and truly I can't even name one courageous investigative journalist -- there just isn't one in New York that I am aware of.

One has to wonder what Tacopina offered the New York daily news to keep them from crowing on the front page that Joe Tacopina sued two sports reporters who dared to be investigative journalists stating that they're not opinion reporters and therefore the First Amendment didn't apply to them and also that they only had one source which was not true.
Another words Joe Tacopina suckered himself the way he suckered Alex Rodriguez to believe that he could sue the New York daily news and when when there was no chance.
The fact that the New York daily news is silent and Joe Tacopina dropped a case he could not win against the NYDN means that Tacopina offered them something spectacular to be silent.
The question is what... I believe it's not a piece of news information. I believe it's not written down in the legal contract with the New York daily news lawyer. My theory is it something that won't be reported in the newspapers.
