My question is did Jenna Jameson know this?

He actually plead guilty to this previous charge.  Let me translate that for you.  He must not have been a rich celebrity type when this happened because anybody who is rich, a celebrity, a politico doesn't have to plead guilty.    They are allowed to plead "no contest" for what ever crime they are guilty of.

Let me translate -- no contest means I am either rich, well connected, a politico, a celebrity and do not have to own guilt or take responsibility for anything.

What was Michael Mele doing out in society when period?  Did his father's position in law enforcement help him in anyway.  Did the authorities no take his crime seriously and any other violent tendencies or red flags seriously because violence towards women is generally accepted and deep down in general both men and women seem to some how blame women...some how it was her fault when in fact it is not the case.

Why did it take so long to find Laura's body and how did they find her body.  Laura's family was notified earlier and said they needs a couple of days to deal with this and prepare to deal.

Very sad.  I feel for her family and all loved ones and everyone woman or girl that has had to deal with violence directed at them because they were suppose to be good barbie dolls according to this very prejudice world that seems anti-women and if you don't do what they creeps want they get very, very nasty.

Both The New York Post and The New York Daily News report on finding Laura Garza's body but never give contact info that 1010 WINS posted which could mean getting clues and evidence needed to put the murderer away forever.  Note:  Chuck Bennet who wrote the NY Post piece refers to Laura Garza, a 24 year old woman and I can't imagine the horrors she endured before she died as "a girl".

She has twins boys with Ortiz but the bliss is over.   She called 911 and is pressing domestic abuse charges against her boyfriend Tito Ortiz, a UFC fighter, and father of the twins.

Middletown police said Monday that a DNA analysis has confirmed the identity of Laura Garza. They said her body was found on April 11 in Mount Cobb, Pa., several miles outside Scranton.

Garza, 25, was last seen leaving club Marquee with registered sex offender Michael Mele, and was with Mele in Newburgh, NY during the early morning hours of Dec. 3 and was never seen again.

Mele, 24, was the focus of the investigation into Garza's disappearance but was never charged. In the weeks after Garza vanished, police searched Mele's home and car looking for evidence.

Mele, who is a registered Level 1 sex offender and has repeatedly been investigated for alleged sex crimes in the past, is currently serving time in prison for failing to report a change of address.

He is considered a suspect in the disappearance of Garza, and at the time she was reported missing, was driving a 2005 Silver Infiniti SUV.

Come on, but he seemed like such a nice guy, an East Village transplant, he was so popular he won a game  show, The Dating Game.  Some people brag about how smart they are but this guy really does have a genius IQ.

Apparently Diana Taylor has switched sides, since she supposedly participated in the Women for Maloney event at the Yale Club a few months ago. We wonder whether Diana has been recruited to substitute for Maureen White, aka Mrs. Steve "Under Investigation" Rattner, Saujani's mentor-in-chief, who probably wants to keep a lower profile just now.

I have witnessed how homeless people are treated with less rights and exploited by people, even some trying to pose as good citizens when their goal is to exploit people with no home, no door to close, little to no resources, some clearly have serious mental illnesses which are untreated, some major addictions as well but  they are human beings; the treatment of this man by people walking by doing nothing...inhuman.


Anyway this is so heart breaking this man died saving a woman's life.   There is video footage of people passing by doing nothing to help this man as he bleed to death on the street.




I am very proud that I have helped Giuseppi Logan with my YouTubes.  So many people don't seem to think these people have family.  They do.  Sometimes the family has been forced to cut ties because of the homeless person's behavior...who knows the stories and reasons why.


I do know I heard Marlene's sister was looking for her, trying to get her to leave Tompkins.  I do know no if she knew her sister was being stalked by a photographer that was posting pictures of her topless and there were more goings on.
Note: I wrote an email to an NYPD Det. in charge of the aggravated harassment complaint, lawyers and certain other in depth on how I see her treatment as similar to this man's and why and how it relates to how I have been treated including for defending her.  At this time I cannot share the info with you but I want to down the road which is why I mention it here.

I watched the HBO movie on Dr. Death, Jack Kervorkian.   First, I want to say his art is awful.  They made him out to be an unattractive human being.  I liked Susan Sarandon's acting as much as  the lifeless wig on the actor playing lawyer, Geoffrey Fieger;  she is hard to believe.


 Al Pacino's acting in many films has been outstanding but I can't say this performance was.  There were problems with this production period.


Why not have Kervorkian play Kervorkian?


That being said I support death with dignity.  Read my letter.

This young man bending over his bicycle took a major belly flop on to street because of a pot hole, more NYers will be kissing concrete painfully because of MIke's new hideous NY, streets better in Colonial times

Expect to kiss concrete.....and I am not talking in a pretty way...the pot hole is to your right...I saw this young man...perhaps an NYU student completely belly flop on to the concrete because he hit a pot hole.

Mike Bloomberg and his completely irresponsible city planner socialite mega millionaire Amanda the people's Burden pushed a reckless tsunami of development catering to greedy ruthless real estate magnates and the people of NY be dammed but the harsh ugly realities continue to hit New Yorkers in the face literally from the pock ridden streets and sidewalks to the over crowded subways stations with less service, ditto for buses, etc.

For bicyclists and motorcyclists -- anyway really -- be extra alert -- because these pot holes will take you down.  Even as a pedestrian I almost twisted my ankle badly stepping in to a big crack in the street that should not be there.


Try to be alert and safe...  This young man was lucky no car was speeding and accidentally ran over him!   I have a YouTube series "Mike Blomberg's Streets of New York" and it ain't pretty.

Note:  Since the water main break a block from Cooper Union's irresponsible creepy Studio build -- who cares about a delipidated old infrastructure -- let us just be part of Mike's greedy tsunami of development....the water main break that I linked to in these tubes and infrastructure tubes -- the street above the break keeps re-opening years later like a bad wound.  Not far away around the corner where part of this series is filmed the street continues to re-open like a bad wound but again who cares as long as developers can bust through zoning because mega-dorms and sky piercing hotels and condos are far more important than infrastructure concerns, street conditions, over crowded dilapidated subways = the safety of the people of New York, the people that commute here to work and tourists.....

NYU owns the most property in the neighborhood  (maybe even NYC) and does not have to abuse eminent domain to tear down our historic buildings and displace the community....NYU has very good friends like billionaire Mike Bloomberg and the worst city planner ever, the ruthless Amanda --the people's Burden.  She was born with a platinum spoon and married and divorced mega bucks.   If I recall correctly, she has a 40 million dollar trust fund for her kids and if there is anything she can do to aid mega rich real estate magnate pals at the expense of the community she will do it.  

NYU could park their fleet of unwanted buses and trolleys that congest traffic anywhere on their own massive real estate holdings but NYU considers everything public their property as well including Washington Square Park.

I like H&M but truly this photo embodies Mike's NY which caters to deep pockets that consider every inch of NYC as potential advertising space but small businesses are cruelly crushed and any way the middle class and poor can be ticketed or taxed they are.

The only thing Mike, Amanda the people's Burden, John Sexton pres, of NYU have not done is provide
NYU trolleys and buses to move the rest of the neighborhood out for their unending need to expand and at the community's expense in way too many ways and Cooper Union has jumped on the band wagon.

The East Village has been mega dormed to death by NYU, Cooper Union, NY Law, SVA and The New School all confusing the EV with dorm fodder.
