New York NYC a hell of a mess

Has Albany balanced the 9 billion dollar budget yet?  April 1st was the due date.

Why is the accidental gov. still in office?  He number one concern has got to be his defense attorney.

Which reminds me....how did Espada stay in office stealing mega-millions for so long and do you think there are rocket scientists not on his pay roll that would still vote for him anyway?


Has any news reporter asked Mike Bloomberg for a comment on Steve Rattner getting blamed for the pension fund scandals and Quadrangle actually disavowing him?

Does anyone realize we maybe heading for a depression at this point?

Do you think Con Ed bills continue to rise up because of this reckless expansion for sky piercing condos, hotels, and higher ed like mega dorms on old New York's infrastructure.

Have you stood on a subway platform for half an hour as the subway doors close crammed with people living the platform still very crammed because this expansion pushed by Mike Bloomberg's gang was reckless and stupid with no thought to infrastructure concerns and responsible expansion putting the people before greedy developers?

Gee whiz, why won't the majority of city council members agree to put their pork aka tax payers money spending on a web site......?  And how about stealing, nepotism, etc.  from Albany to City Hall, the thuggery and sense of entitlement as the people of NY are screwed.  At least the City of NY gives out free condoms.

The streets were better in Colonial Times.  Street conditions are so dangerous you could break an ankle or your neck but at least these condos, mega dorms and sky piercing hotels got built at work record setting paces and that is all that really matters in Mike's new hideous New York.

Amanda socialite mega-millionaire,  the people's Burden is the worst city planner ever.  She aided and abetted all her good friends in busting through zoning and pushing their greedy development plans displacing entire communities, helping NYU to tear down historic St. Ann's at 120 East 12th St. ignoring the communities demands for zoning protection as she did the entire neighborhood of Manhattanville as Columbia University displaced an entire neighborhood.  Amanda the people's Burden has made this city look hideous ugly like a bad plastic surgery reality show with sky piercing mirrored buildings in our historic neighborhoods that reflect a history destroyed and communities no longer welcome.  Do you think she had some work done herself...she doesn't have a wrinkle on her brow.  Amanda due to the recession that might actually be a recession their is a socialite deficit, please return to your true calling and stop displacing the people of NY and making over historic NY in to Dubai for your mega rich real esate developers pals and that includes NYU, Cooper Union, NY Law Dorm on East 3rd Street busting thru zoning using higher ed as a tax shelter for shady real estate dealings with Amanda the people's Burden.  No wonder man hole covers keep exploding, water main breaks, gas leaks, sink holes, etc. etc. Who cares just let developers bust thru zoning -- who cares about infrastructure and the people's safety and quality of life.  The only thing NYU, Mike and Amanda have not done is provide NYU buses and trolley as well as trains to move the inconvenient community members out of NY.

Amanda the people's Burden, a true socialite,  aided and abetted NYU in the shady tear down of historical St. Ann's from 1847 at 120 East 12th Street....visit the mega dorm to see the historical facade fronting the hideous ugly mega dorm like an albatross around NYU's neck,
                            except NYU has no conscious.

NYU owns the most property in the neighborhood  (maybe even NYC) and does not have to abuse eminent domain to tear down our historic buildings and displace the community....NYU has very good friends like billionaire Mike Bloomberg and the worst city planner ever, the ruthless Amanda --the people's Burden.  She was born with a platinum spoon and married and divorced mega bucks.   If I recall correctly, she has a 40 million dollar trust fund for her kids and if there is anything she can do to aid mega rich real estate magnate pals at the expense of the community she will do it.  

NYU could park their fleet of unwanted buses and trolleys that congest traffic anywhere on their own massive real estate holdings but NYU considers everything public their property as well including Washington Square Park.

I like H&M but truly this photo embodies Mike's NY which caters to deep pockets that consider every inch of NYC as potential advertising space but small businesses are cruelly crushed and any way the middle class and poor can be ticketed or taxed they are.

The only thing Mike, Amanda the people's Burden, John Sexton pres, of NYU have not done is provide
NYU trolleys and buses to move the rest of the neighborhood out for their unending need to expand and at the community's expense in way too many ways and Cooper Union has jumped on the band wagon.

The East Village has been mega dormed to death by NYU, Cooper Union, NY Law, SVA and The New School all confusing the EV with dorm fodder.
