http://www.nycpolicemuseum.org/ Please come visit this gem of a museum and moving exhibition honoring Lt. Giuseppe Joseph Petrosino a true American NYPD hero who was the first NYPD hero to lose his life in the line of duty. After visiting the historic building that was once an active precinct you can walk across to the other side of Lower Manhattan and visit the NYPD Memorial where you can see his name honored with so many courageous souls that have lost their lives in the line of duty.

My theory is if he had lived he would have been our first Italian American NYPD Commish!

Cooper Square Committee having a rally for affordable housing and they are true NYC heroes -- amazing work and achievements
Rally for long-promised affordable housing in the Lower East Side!
Sunday, November 15th - 1PM
Delancey St & Suffolk St, Manhattan (Lower East Side)
By Subway: F to Delancey St; J to Essex St
1,850 homes were demolished in 1967 as part of the Seward Park Urban Renewal Area - with the promise that new affordable housing would be built on these enormous tracts of land in the heart of the Lower East Side. After thousands were displaced, the affordable housing was never built.
42 YEARS HAVE PASSED, AND WE'RE STILL WAITING FOR THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING!
On the site where thousands once lived in a vibrant community - there are five enormous open-air parking lots. These sites could be used for 2,000 units of affordable housing for low-income New Yorkers and community facilities for the neighborhood, while the construction of the site and affordable commercial spaces built in them could provide much needed living-wage jobs.
Please join us for a rally to demand justice for the Lower East Side. 42 years is more than enough! Affordable housing NOW!

Christine Quinn doesn't want you to remember City Council that voted to extend term limits hall of shame also includes stealing tax payer money
http://www.justice.gov/usao/nys/pressreleases/July09/martinezmiguelpleapr%20.pdf
There is more news on this but for some reason the news papers just did not feel like reporting the news.....
There are so many question I have but it is clear that Christine Quinn and gang want you to not tune in.
So far the aides that I have read pleaded guilty worked for city council men that voted to extend term limits as well as Miguel Martinez the only city council member "honest" enough to admit he was stealing from the moment he took office.
Maybe now the election is over the media will start reporting the news or maybe I have to do some research on my own.
Just remember dear New Yorkers, you tax payer money is going to Christine Quinn and her staff & aides high priced defense attorneys that specialize in WHITE COLLAR CRIME as reported a long time ago by The New York Post....
Deeply moving piece by The NY Post on Sept. 11 hero, Dad sees a photo of his heroic son before he took the Express to Heaven
http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/final_picture_of_wtc_hero_xEbjcRceNTBqkZEuUc2JEJ
To date the mayor refuses to give our Sept. 11 heroes the simple respect due their rank on the memorial. Too many have died slow motion deaths related to Sept 11 heroism lacking the support they needed and with Firemen Bobby Beddia and Joseph Graffignino it should never have happened and their names belong on the memorial as well because Sept. 11 got them after the fact...reached in to the future and took 2 more of New York's Bravest....
heart breaking....
Here I am in 2009 sending the mayor who would be king yet another email on this...
Mayor: Re: my letter Betrayal at Ground Zero published in The Wall Street Journal -- the betrayal has grown exponentially -- in way too many ways. You decided you were so special you could deny us a referendum but you have denied our heroic rescue workers the simple honor due -- their rank on the memorial. http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/final_picture_of_wtc_hero_xEbjcRceNTBqkZEuUc2JEJLook at this photo and the article and tell me they are not special. Honoring their rank and they largest loss of rescue workers in our Nations, city and state history should have been done day 1 and so many people from around the world want to honor their ultimate sacrifice. Doing so doesnt diminish other heroes.
Pest Alert Tompkins, the Feds send in staff to check for Asian Longhorned Beetle, Tompkins Tree looking clear and free!!!!

The complexity of Suzannah, I am fascinated by the mosaic of people and I just love Lt. Petrosino a true hero!!!!! I will be going down to the museum to check out this exhibition.
There is a beautiful write up in the NYDaily News with a photo of Commish Kelly and Susan Burke, the granddaughter of Lt. Petrosino but I can't find the link. The NY Post has the worst website of any newspaper in NYC but I can't express to you the frustration at not being able to share the article by John Lauinger.

William Kunstler's daughters want you to come out and support their film this weekend Disturbing the Universe
Why would I take an interest....I lived it first hand. For the first time ever I had to reach out and hire an activist lawyer. I saw David Rankin represent a friend of mine that had a series of bogus harassment charges against him. I sat in court as the Judge, an African American woman, said, Not Guilty, Not Guilty, Not Guilty.
I hired him to write a letter and it took him longer than I would have like, there was a typo but I saw the power of his letter first hand as Brenda Ballison for some reason as if it was a mythological story -- was not able to see me as she ran up to express her upset. David Rankin and Mark Taylor were very generous to me and I believe they are our future Kunstlers. I gave David a hand signed William Kunstler autobiography.
I did not sue. There were good people that stood up for me and it would have meant going after the good as well as the bad.
Note: I received an email from someone expressing his feelings about Brenda Ballison....she treats the residents like we are cockroaches -- we are just icky creatures she'd rather smack down than have anything to do with.; completely dismissive of our concerns, dreadful, dreadful.
Well you get the jist....
I have not healed. Post traumatic stressing....I am spiritual but I can't get to a spiritual place. I find myself walking down the street and praying -- the words karma come to my lips as I pray for justice. I do want Brenda Ballison to manage buildings of the most prime real estate in hell. She did not communicate what was happening when we had a terrible water main break and I had alerted the building in advance--I saw water stains and heard noise behind the wall...and than she wondered why I thought the worst of her when she did not communicate as she should have but she did such evil that I predict a biography or a film on my life will reveal the truth and I continue to pray for justice. I made it clear I wanted new management which is not uncommon in NYC. Know I will never live in a Douglas Elliman run building ever again. True to form I did so many good deeds for the people of my ex-building their homes, their pets and plants and got two no honking signs in place. I had found two other leaks prior and the building and tenants thanked me but times have changed....the "new" NY. Many have left. I remember I was able to save Julie Baker's kitchen ceiling, a neighbor of mine...a long time ago...I remember I bought an 18 dollar flash light during the great black out and walked neighbors up the many flights of stairs, helped carry their bags and held the flashlight so they could see where to put their keys.....we have all left or many of us have. I will never go back. How bizarre to have done so much good and never want to go back...do the math and add NYU tearing down St. Ann's, the memory of the parishioner's crying and praying on the street, some kneeling after being turned out..and of course the USPS...with customer service that makes the Mafia look warm and cuddly besides selling the air space over St. Ann's next door to NYU without notifying the State of NY as legally obligated to just like blocking the fire hydrant outside my ex-building. I also always felt sorry for Utrecht paint because trying to load and unload with the USPS parked like a fortress outside but anyone else if they parked for a second would get ticketed. Some USPS would mock me and laugh -- let the NYPD ticket and tow us blocking the fire hydrant. A YouTuber checked the google and he said he saw the USPS were indeed blocking the fire hydrant.
I had to walk down 12th St. the other day to film St. Ann's -- what is left -- like an archeological graveyard -- NYU litters the East and West Village living just a piece...Well guess what, the USPS appears to have stopped blocking the fire hydrant but I am sure NYU, the purple reign of terror is looking to tear down more historic buildings....I just don't want to live near any of them....
After I wrote this I just happen to get an email from someone that doesn't read my blog asking me about Douglas Elliman.
I never understood how important lawyers are and for my own life as next Norman Siegel would step in like an Olympic Gold Medalist sprinter to contact Google's legal dept. as I was banned from YouTube and 28 hours later I was restored with a full apology from Google.
I will go see this film....

Earth to Joyce Purnick, The letter The New York Times would not publish right before the election and I was proved right on Earth to NYTimes
Yes, king Mike Bloomberg did have to spend an obscene amount of money but he should have handed the 100 million out to people including small businesses as well as those with parking tickets up to there eye balls. Apparently democracy is very expensive.
Has Joyce noticed our historic neighborhoods look like bad xeroxes of Dubai with streets that were better in colonial times?
She underestimates voter anger and that many associate Bloomberg with moving vans. With regard to obscene campaign spending -- my response --
sub-zero trickle down.
Earth to Joyce.

DrinkingwithBob YouTube star Bob Thompson invites Suzannah B. Troy to call in to discuss Bloomberg on his radio show WABC
Before "Mayor Bloomberg King of New York" my first YouTube there was comedian Bob Thompson and of course Jackie Mason ranting on YouTube about Mike Bloomberg. Bob has the most intense rants on the planet and Mike and his puppet Christine Quinn have felt his wrath.
I guess Bob decided to save the best for last ---- laugh but I had dinner plans and was suppose to go to Bowery Poetry Club...
I would have wanted to add this to what I said and instead posted on my YouTube comment section.
Bob brought up Willets Point - eminent domain but he left out the word abuse although he refers to it. Almost entire neighborhood Manhattanville was forced out eminent domain abuse for Columbia University, Brooklyn Rattner development ditto and The NY Times building eminent domain abuse. The streets were better in colonial times. Sub zero trickle down. If Bloomberg wanted to buy the people he should have handed out 100 mill to the people-his campaign people robbed him now he knows how we feel.
He invited me to call in and I will. Check my YouTube for more info...(see the text portion for some links including one on Mike Bloomberg, Poland Spring underscoring how Mike is not green and costs the tax payers money with frivolous spending....)
When I made my first YouTubes starting with "Mayor Bloomberg King of New York" I noticed I made it to the front page of YouTube search engines -- It would always be DrinkingwithBob aka Bob Thompson, comedian, Jackie Mason giving Bloomberg hell and me Suzannahartist

Edgar and other updates
I bumped in to Edgar and I think he wanted to shake my hand but I had drying cleaning in one hand and a bag in the other. To learn about Edgar you would have to visit my blogS plural and check in the search engines.
I asked him if he was sleeping out in the street tonight or a flop house. He said flop house. He asked me where the barber store is. I told him I think around the corner but I never know if a small business is still there or not these days.
I also have YouTubes I have not had time to post. One is the Halloween celebrations and I show you a line far bigger than any on election day because any voting entrance I past had no lines at all.
I just have not had time. I have been too busy. Same with posting photos...have but just not the time. Total YouTubes viewed minus being banned from 28 hours....106,674
Suzannah B. Troy's new YouTube on Mike Bloomberg telling her on the John Gambling show just a few people feel the way she does. Wrong and much more...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGfJpJQURecMy new YouTube -- I give you a link in text portion to the John Gambling Show where I confronted the mayor. He wrongly tells me "just a few people" feel the way Suzannah feels --
the election proved him wrong.
(The above YouTube covers the media, the Yankees, Pedro Espada, Monteserrate, higher taxes and much more....)
I also point out the way The Villager thru their sister paper Chelsea News removes a link from Dec. 2006 of a city council task force meeting that Christine Quinn did not attend on DOB where my photo was taken wearing my protest art shirt I made admonishing Bloomberg for way too rapid development and deaths... Quinn's district is Chelsea and how convenient that link with her missing in action vanished.
Quinn did not or could not show up Oddo chaired in her place -- a big turn out also at that meeting against Trump's development at Spring and Varrick.
Quinn did not fight Trump on behalf of community.
I believe John Sutter was involved in air sale -- his paper denies this but the building where he lives was involved in air sale. His paper states he did not profit but it sounds that it was in his best interest pre- during and post the sale for that sale to happen.
I captured a series of YouTubes of NYU and The Villager turning away people but somehow Quinn's supporters made it all to the front of the line. The Villager and NYU endorsed Quinn and John Sexton ran down to City Hall to testify Bloomberg had to stay in office.
Here is the link Chelsea Now made disappear and in my opinion they did this to aid Christine Quinn who they endorsed. http://www.chelseanow.com/cn_12/builtupcomplaintssome.html Click on the link and it is gone. Here is the link to the same article http://www.thevillager.com/villager_189/builtupcomplaintscome.html but they made sure not to post the powerful photo by Jefferson Siegel -- note my shirt says "city wide" over my tummy so there I am documented way ahead of the even more horror to come so much so finally the mayor starts to say what many of us had been saying "safety first".
I have pointed out many times The Villager deleted me and Filomena Silvestri may she rest in peace:
FYI -- I demanded community out reach resource centers in every mega dorm at rally for Whole Earth Bakery. I also was the only speaker to honor Filomena Silvestri's memory and the fact she died at 94 knowing we one a mini-miracle -- her vegetarian bakery owned by her and her son Peter would not be thrown out on the street -- at least for now.
I was erased. I wanted pressure put on NYU and every univeristy with mega dorms using the term "community facility" to actually help our communities including small businesses. I was told by the assoc. editor of The Villager, the news reporter expressed concerns -- I was forwarded his comment "who does she think she is? Is she running for office." He purposely erased me, Filomena's memory which is ironic because with out her there would have been no Whole Earth Bakery, my demands for community outreach resource centers in every dorm and The Villager and NYU hosting the debate for Quinn and opponents more and more it appears they are in league together. Yes the paper does some nice pieces from time to time but ultimately real estate rules and in the ugliest most destructive ways.
http://www.thevillager.com/villager_198/veganaresckenedasfavorite.html
the piece minus Filomena and me demanding NYU and all the mega dorms give us community outreach resource centers.
The assoc. editor did agree to do an obituary on her months prior to the article because I again demanded the editor do so and he used my term "vegan earth mom" but when it came time to do the article she did not exist anymore although the huge turn out on that cold day and the thousands of signed petitions where for her and Peter. She was beyond marginalized but erased.
http://www.thevillager.com/villager_184/filomenasilvestri.html
In the meantime Bloomberg lives in denial. He got a sharp message that had to get his attention after spending the largest money ever to go down in history with the most humiliating win. The media played as diabolical a role not reporting opposition or erasing protestors like myself from events that did not serve their agendas which ultimately are the same as Mike Bloomberg and his friends -- real estate and big business.
The New York Times which I call The New York Eminent Domain Times ran puff page pieces on Mike Bloomberg and socialite mega millionaire city planner.
Bottom line the media period did not want to acknowledge and report protests city wide including my art and the youtube resistance I was a big part of that was key.
I talk about the Yankees and why I am sad and touch on Espada and Monterseratte and
why when Bloomberg says Progress we know it means get your moving vans.
NOW THE NEWSPAPERS HAVE BEEN SHAMED IN TO REPORTING THE NEWS -- THEY COULD NO LONGER DO SMOKE AND MIRRORS LIKE THE SKY PIERCING BUILDINGS THAT ROSE UP WAY TOO RAPIDLY UNDER BLOOMBERG AND THE PEOPLE'S BURDEN -- AMANDA SOCIALITE MEGA MILLIONAIRE CITY PLANNER BURDEN....
THE PAPERS HAVE A LOT OF REPORTING ON CORRUPTION....HOW ABOUT THE ON GOING INVESTIGATION IN TO CORRUPTION ON CITY COUNCIL?
THE FIRST BLOOMBERG COMMISSIONER TO BE FIRED MUST BE AMANDA SOCIALITE MEGA MILLIONAIRE THE PEOPLE'S BURDEN.
