Dreaming of RICO charges 3x pay back for the People of NY Setting a record number of blog posts and YouTubes as I wait and wonder Biggest fear, SAIC pulls off a Mel Gibson Charlie Sheen as in are not forced to admit guilt and go to jail. SAIC was ripping us off pre Joel Bondy and Gerard Denault. Who's protecting SAIC and NYC Officials? How many sub contractors will walk that should not? but The NY Times is not rushing to report Mike Bloomberg and Rose Gill Hearn lied about the CityTime systems not working or the NYDN either.....and they did.    NYC gov. workers in the thousands will come forward to testify the system doesn’t work but no one from Preet Bharara’s office is asking.....?

Mike and Rose go to the press and are not asked tough questions or challenged in any way.
The press is covering up for them as well as SAIC and the Justice Dept. to date no arrests City Hall and SAIC and what about other sub-contractors besides TechnoDyne and Spherion.  Gartner did quality control on Spherion -- not Gartner people indicted?  And there were many other consultants.....many other contractors....

we would need a spread like PlayBoy with all the sub-contractors and people that billed big on the flawed systems and include ECTP 911 Tech System and let us look at the lobbyists...
instead silence and cover-ups....
SAIC instead of facing RICO charges is signing big contracts
