I believe Laura Garza's murderer raped her as well.  I believe he sexually abused her and than killed her.  He should be behind bars for life!

I believe he sexually violated her raped her and than murdered her disposing of her like garbage like Imette St. Guillen and Jennifer Moore.  Jennifer was under age drinking in Chelsea.  Their murders should be behind bars for life and castration as well.   Do you think castration would discourage rapists / murders like these monsters?
