These are old posts.....  the bottom line is I am talking about the 911 Tech System aka ECTP is rumored to be a CityTime but on an even bigger level since NYC gov. has spent 2 billion dollars of tax payer money.....is this true....?  Can John Liu and Preet Bharara get to the bottom of this and give us an answer...?


So far CityTime is the biggest White Collar Crime ever in NYC gov with SAIC as they prime contractor and it sub-contractors and quality control some not all but it seems lot most sub-contractors in a hierarchy in crime and fraud?  Don’t forget all the tech crime and fraud in the Dept of Ed. and their are even accusation by an anonymous commentor accusing FISA and others...big time as well....is NYC gov a big time rip-off of Tax Payer dollars and everyone is in on it except the 8 million NYers being robbed?
