@NYC_DOI NYPD Inspector General Phillip, Tom Mahoney forwarded my cases to Internal Affairs to die! Tom's replacement even worse! She did not even bother w/ "pass the corruption buck" false pretense emblematic of NYC gov.! NYPD IG, CCPC, CCRB list all our cases u forwarded to IAB to die!
